So lets try and fill this one instead :D

Fizzy: Everyone expects to pay a bit more at a school/charity fayre so I'd go £3.50-£4 if it's a decent mug that can be reused. The snowman soup is almost a little bonus, and if wrapped/put together well you can charge a decent price. Maybe start high and drop later on if not selling?

ThanksThanks Excited by this thread

Yankee Candle Votives - including Xmas ones!- 12 for £12. Very good price, usually they're between £1.75-£2 each.

Yankee Candles

Last year I bought votive holders from Amazon for gifts for the numerous teacher/nursery workers/TA's that comes with having 3 children! A couple of votives and holders in a little gift bag (or one with a little chocolate/hand cream etc); if you went for non-xmassy fragrances they would do for end of term pressies.

holders like these

siblingrevelryagain · 24/05/2015 11:26

Or this is too cute - half price (although not strictly a massive bargain) but a beautiful present that looks more than £6 with one of the votives posted previously

siblingrevelryagain · 24/05/2015 12:13

I'll stop with the candle thing now, but thought these personalised votive holders were good for grandparents maybe?

Nanny25 · 27/05/2015 19:52

There is a Pandora sale on here ideal presents!

siblingrevelryagain · 28/05/2015 20:30

Thankyou curling. My Mom had a pandora bracelet for her birthday but the charms were a bit too expensive. I just got 3 (including a xmas one) for less than £30!

WonderingWillow · 29/05/2015 15:33

Hi all!

I'm on the lookout for Playmobil and Playmobil advent calendar for DS.

I have found one for £9.02 here but I've never used the site. It's a fairy unicorn one which DS probably wouldn't be in to Hmm

AdmiralCLingus · 29/05/2015 19:37

Yay, just placed my first christmas order! Was great to be organised well before christmas last year and am aiming for the same again this year.

This year however, I have a lot less to buy, as I am refusing to deal with the ex's parents presents like i do every year and he never pays me back! So they will be getting one small token gift each off dd and thats IT!

Mipe · 29/05/2015 20:40

The Works still have their 20% off and free delivery offer on (has to be over £10), found some more nice things! Smile

Junior Chef Cookery Kit £1.60.
Scratch and See Secret Message Cards £2.40.
Best Friends Scratch & Stencil £3.20.

SideOrderofChips · 30/05/2015 17:09

Thanks, I've just looked at camelcamelcamel and I think I'm going to use it in future! It looks like Playmobil in general drops between September and October, and then obviously January but I've missed that window now.

Seen some great deals in Toys R Us for Playmobil this week.

Love the look of lost my name books for younger kids in my family; but all added up they're £125ish, so it's a lot. And then I've got the older ones Shock but they're girls, so I'm thinking that cheapy jewellery from Amazon and some sweets or something?

WonderingWillow · 31/05/2015 18:07

Although I might ask their mum if her 7 and 8 yo DD's would like those Elsa and Anna hoodies. They're quite sweet.

nocutsnobuttsnococonuts · 31/05/2015 18:42

wondering the lost my name books are lovely - I bought one for dd with a code last year Grin

no bargains to add really but im not buying until aftee dd2's bday next month (all bought)

I ordered her the cutest dora backpack from eBay (from china) was £5 inc delivery. its a soft actual bag that looks like dora's with a little soft removable map. v cute and dd will love it Smile

I have amazon prime - I love it. I always choose 'no rush' delivery as u get £1 media credit so haven't had to pay for any books on my kindle so far. we have watched quite a few films/series on there so been well worth it for us. big outlay but only works out £6.60 a month which is same price as Netflix Grin

FishCalledWonder · 01/06/2015 10:29

Any Lego friends bargains around?

WonderingWillow · 01/06/2015 10:43

Oooohhh how much was your code for? Was it worth waiting for?

Rugbylovingmum · 01/06/2015 11:14

Thanks nocutsnobuttsnococonuts - just ordered a Dora backpack from ebay. It is really cute and DD2 will love it. I looked at the backpacks in toys r us but they are hard and can't really be worn like a backpack which seems pointless.

nocutsnobuttsnococonuts · 01/06/2015 17:19

it was 25% I think so a decent discount. also got codes for money off your next order Smile

rugby the dora backpack is lovely quality aswell and a nice size. Smile

Mama1980 · 01/06/2015 17:34

They have horrible histories mugs in home bargains for 99p. Come boxed, would make a nice stocking filler.

NogbagTheBag · 02/06/2015 18:08

Some good clothing bargains to be had at Saltrock,

Just got DS1&2 some tees and hoodies, and a couple of tees for DH too.

The hoodies for DS were about £6, down from £25 Grin

WonderingWillow · 03/06/2015 10:01

Thanks for saltrock page!! Got nearly all family kids t shirts/hoodies for under £50. Brilliant thank you SO MUCH!!
