I've been a bit rubbish and not updated from last thread. But things are settling down for Christmas now so I'm working on the basis it's more a share of sales bits coming up/how the presents went down on the big day.

I could do with one last present for dd2, age 8. about £8-10. any suggestions? She is getting lego and sylvanIan stuff but has one less pressie than her sister

ooo yay for the m&s sale! will be heading there tomorrow for last min cheese hamper for my DP. (im stuck for him)

Whoever it was who was looking there is a post on HDUK 3 minutes ago saying Argos has snow glow elsa in stock now....

cookie - its not available for delivery and nearest store that has one is too far away. :(

Has anyone ordered from H&M recently? I ordered on 14th, had dispatch email on 15th, but when I track (three days later) it's just saying 'order generated' and 'We expect your shipment information soon.' should I give up hope for Christmas delivery?
-it's our xmas eve pyjamas, but they are not festive so they will keep.

Jenni - I've always found the tracking comes up literally on the day of delivery or possibly a day before. It can take two weeks for delivery though so might not make it in time

The Maps book by Aleksandra Mizielinska and Daniel Mizielinski (which I've been waiting for a reduction on and had pretty much given up as no go) has just been reduced to £7.50 on Amazon. Not sure how long for, I guess there is some bonus to being awake at this ungodly hour.

Eustacia a zelf, a monster high doll or one of those swimming mermaids or a robo fish? A book or a jewellery box?

Not a bargain but got two snow glow Elsas for daughter due to duplicate gift.
Would like £40 as that's what I paid.
Can do postage as you want.

Robo fish really swim when you put them in water. I think zelfs were known as trolls when we were young.
Those brain box games also som in around your budget and are suitable from age 7. I've bought the Roald Dahl and The World ones for dd1 who is 8. I got both at sainsburys. I bought our zelf and mermaid at Tesco.

This is my third year on these threads (under various names) and I got my shopping sorted extra-early this year not least because I had stuff leftover from last year [hormones emoticon]. The Ali Express Frozen dresses will, I hope, go down well, and too many other things to mention.

One more parcel to collect, and that's for me, the Boots No 7 Star Gift set.

Some brilliant My Little Pony bargains in Home Bargains, all the Rainbow Rocks style mane 6 plus DJ Pon3 all £3.99 each, the rock stage including Pinkie Pie £9.99 and twinset of Sonata Dusk and Aria Blaze for £6.99!
I've already got DD loads of MLP for Christmas so going to put these ones away for her birthday which isn't until July!

Starbucks have 50% off syrups and mugs.

I bought some gorgeous jammies (lovely red check) from GAP for the kids, £9.99 down from £22 plus a further 20% off. Also got some lovely cow hide smartphone gloves for my mum £13 down from £35.

Large Sainsburys in Cobham had several Snow Glow Elsa. Other Saisnburys may well have them.

Trouble is he's not very big so wouldn't fit build a bear stuff.
