There are some nice mens jumpers here www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00NU49XQK/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=1FJF3WE3ZI6FZ&coliid=I2NVU9C5L3QJQG 10-15 pounds. They seem nice but the price keeps changing!

Nanny25 · 05/12/2014 18:46

I'm looking for ideas for a small token gift for 3 children aged between 5 and 10.
Did think of a board game to share but they have loads and I'd rather avoid selection boxes if possible.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks

insanityscratching · 05/12/2014 18:51

An annual, they are 3 for £10 in The Works and about the same price in Tesco/Sainsburys/Morrisons.

JeanetteDanielsBenziger · 05/12/2014 19:07

I don't get paid until the 16th, would it be too late to order Anna and Elsa dresses from aliexpress do you think?

trixymalixy · 05/12/2014 19:11

Lol. The last thing I want is a whole Salmond!! Damn you autocorrect!!

Do you really need a 64gb iPad? Ours is only 16gb and has millions of apps on it and still plenty of space.

Prizepudding · 05/12/2014 19:33

Sainsburys are doing some annuals for £1, just picked up doc mcstuffins and a ripely fun facts and silly stories. There were a few for £1, all others were £3

Baconsandwichandacupoftea · 05/12/2014 19:38

Frozen figure set is £12.49 on Amazon lightning deals tonight - it was £25 in JL today.

temporaryusername · 05/12/2014 19:46

PinkSquash · 05/12/2014 19:49

Right, all I need are selection boxes (8), Lottery scratch cards and a lovely bargainous bunch of flowers for DGM.

If anyone sees these as total bargains I would really appreciate it as I need to hide my bank card asap...

greengagemutantgingermyrtle · 05/12/2014 19:49

I've used a debit card on cafepress before emmeline.

emmelinelucas · 05/12/2014 20:02

Apologies if I am wrong (probably am, knowing me) but I have tried again to order the Falkirk Wheel tshirt for DH and it wont let me enter my debit card no, keeps saying enter Credit Card no.

imip · 05/12/2014 20:04

nanny don't know your budget but movie tickets or DVD and popcorn? Something from Tiger? Ages ago they had magnetic sheet paper that entertained my kids for ages!

neddle · 05/12/2014 20:25

nanny how about a sledge each?
Newwits had them for a pound each plus £3 postage.

Tanaqui · 05/12/2014 20:28

Pound land had the small Cadbury selection boxes 4 for £3, but last year co op had the medium ones 3 for £5, so I was hoping for that again.

OhCuntmasTree · 05/12/2014 20:33

Cafe press are a flipping nightmare to deal with. I ordered from therm for a friends birthday with plenty of time for it to come according to their delivery estimate, and it took about 6 weeks to come (after several where is my stuff emails) so it was late! Angry they send me relentless emails with codes in for discount, but they never work because they work on american time!

Anyway! I got dd some disney slipper socks from home bargains today for 89p. They had two different frozen designs, mickey mouse, Minnie mouse, doc mcstuffins, Sophia the first and some peppa pig ones. Think they were only in toddler sizes (think age 4-5 was the biggest) bought DDS for now but they would make a nice stocking filler!

They also had the moshi monster "moshpital" for £6.99 and the series 10 packs of 5 moshis for £1.99

YoureAllABunchOfBastards · 05/12/2014 20:36

Sainsburys had loads of Anna and Elsa dresses tonight and it is 25% off.

Didn't have the fecking Minion pjs or Rudolph mugs I went for, though!

PamelaEwing · 05/12/2014 20:46

Jeanette I think it would definitely be too late to order from Ali Express on 16th. My things all took the best part of a month.

YaMasYaDaWithAWigOn · 05/12/2014 20:54

PinkSquash and Tanaqui Cadbury's selection boxes (medium size) are on offer in Morrisons BOGOF £2 so only £1 each.

WUME · 05/12/2014 21:12

There is only a slim chance it will be here in time from Aliexpress

nocutsnobuttsnococonuts · 05/12/2014 21:18

thanks just ordered 4 pairs of pjs for dd2 from character.com, a Scooby doo t-shirt for dd1, loaf pjs for nephew and a poppy cat backpack for dd2 all for £27

was it here someone bought some studio ghibli t-shirts? if so where were they from? thanks Thanks

tipsyloolah · 05/12/2014 21:22

Trixy - really? He (teenager) would be using it for films and music, not really apps. Says his ipod is 64, and that's not enough - but it's all white noise to me. If I take it down to 64, can I get a bargain anywhere?

tipsyloolah · 05/12/2014 21:23

Tesco have big bars of chocolate wrapped in gold, looks like gold bullion, down to 50p and perfect for stockings - they have massive gold coins for £1 too.

2014isanewyear · 05/12/2014 21:38

Could I just Xmas Smile Xmas Smile Xmas Smile thank you!
more usefully Asda are selling chocolate oranges for £1 each at the moment

PurpleHebe1 · 05/12/2014 22:04

Zipzap and Jenni2legs - thanks so much for your very detailed replies about MUA, the reviews are amazing and such a lot for only £8. Have ordered it for Dd to try. It astonishing that such a reasonably-priced palette can hold its own with a £37 one.
T2710 - thanks for the info about the naked basics palette, seems like a really good cheaper option. Going RL shopping tomorrow so will check it out.
Waitingonasunnyday -thanks for the info and code. If she still wants the full price one, at least I get to save £5. Somehow £32 seems a lot less than £37Grin
Flowers so thanks very much ladies, all eventualities covered!
