I was in Sainsbos yesterday and was following around the shop ladies who were discussing which lines were to be reduced. Unfortunately it became apparent they weren't going to start immediately. Mostly slippers and novelty Xmas stuff.

Not a bargain but I wanted to share some good customer service if that is ok?

I ordered jumping clay for dd2, it's an air drying clay in lots of colours, very good and it doesn't stick into the carpet or anything. We first got it a few years back at a big craft fair and she loved it. I ordered it when I got paid last month and when I got paid this month, I realised that the order hadn't come in.

I contacted them, they asked me to check to delivery cards or with my neighbours and email my address to them. No luck on the first bit so sent the address and they emailed back this morning to say they had resent the order, it was here by special delivery when I got in this afternoon.

It isn't cheap but it's a really good crafty activity which doesn't make any mess and I would highly recommend it - especially now! You can buy through amazon.

I twitched last night and bought DS a wooden car garage from ELC reduced from £60 to £20 in their sale. It was his birthday last week and I realised how easy it is to overwhelm them with presents, so I've sold some of the other things I'd previously bought on my local fb selling site. So at least they paid for the twitch! And he'll definitely play with the garage more than any of the things I sold.
