Id try sainsbos wildflowers, lots of nice things for £5 and under. I was in secret Santa-Ing with dd2 yesterday.

daddykyller · 13/12/2014 21:28

Done most of my Christmas shopping now, but still looking for the odd bargain here and there. I have however just seen one of the funniest things I have seen in a long time.

It's a picture of batman slapping robin and they are talking about all the fake 1p bargains that were going around on facebook.

Anyway- here is the link to look yourself :)

Norbert thanks so much for the Bonusprint tip. I've just ordered two. £8 seems a great price, especially as it includes delivery. I hate the way some companies vistaprint add loads of additional charges once you've gone to all the effort of uploading your photos. By then I can never be bothered to look for a better deal!

And thanks for the balloon tips. We're visiting family for Christmas but I know there is an Asda nearby, so that sounds ideal. Thanks everyone Flowers

LottieAndTheDinosaur · 13/12/2014 21:56

Does anybody have a Debenhams code please?

The only thing DP has asked for is a shirt but it is 70 Shock and I can't bring myself to pay full price! There are a couple of codes on HUKD when I Googled but I can't get them to work Xmas Sad

Shamazeballs · 13/12/2014 22:08

I got a few of the 1p bargains and they've been dispatched. A fairy door, cooking set and some toy hammocks.

I'm done with my shopping but I keep twitching Blush

Prizepudding · 13/12/2014 22:14

ZB42 gives 10% off plus free delivery at debenhams, surely there is a better one though

IvyMay · 13/12/2014 22:18

Thanks for the bookpeople delivery code!

Was in Home Bargains earlier and they had a big playmobil set for £27 (I think - def under £30 anyway). it wAs the city life rock concert one. Don't know anything about playmobil (lego all the way here!)!but am guessing this is a good price.

WildFlowersAttractBees · 13/12/2014 23:00

I will pop in on Monday. Brownies isn't until Tuesday so have a bit of time. I still can't believe I forgot them, I was feeling so smug and organised!

Elvish · 14/12/2014 08:26

Thanks Cookie, I'll check out the bulk deals Thanks

sillylily · 14/12/2014 08:27

Activity Trackers - Do any of you awesome bargain hunters have any ideas to get a reasonably priced Fitbit/Fitbug type thing. I don't know much about them to be able to judge which is worth the money. Brother announced he wanted one just after Black Friday deals closed and many places have now sold out.
P.S. Thanks for all the other great tips. My stockings are overflowing!

OhCuntmasTree · 14/12/2014 09:01

No special offers that I know of but boots still have both the fitbits and jawbone activity trackers in stock.

Thank you Flowers for the Bonusprint calendar. If you see me on here today ASK me if I've bloody done it or not, and if I say no, then tell me to eff off. I am a human procrastinator. I am flying back to the UK to open 3,000 parcels on Friday and I haven't even booked my flight! Shock

I did take the plunge for one of those Isme account jobbies yesterday and got dp a kindle for £30 though. I am presuming I can pay it off in full when the time comes, I think that's how these things work?

trixymalixy · 14/12/2014 10:31

DD has just added a furbling to her list. Are they pointless without a furby? She's only 5 so might be happy enough even if it doesn't do much. Anyone got one?

DrankSangriaInThePark · 14/12/2014 11:09

From what I understand (and as a Furby owner myself lol) the furbling interacts (in a very possibly annoying way) with a Furby.

Dd has a furbling coming. Isme £12 instead of £15. They were only £7.50 on Argos a while back but out of stock.

andadietcoke · 14/12/2014 11:12

DrankSangria which code did you use for Isme? And if I already have a Very account can I have an Isme account too? Have a feeling I heard they were the same company...

divabroad · 14/12/2014 11:16

I failed 3 times trying to buy Minion Operation on Toys r us online. Everytime it keep saying your card is not registered. I tried credit card and debit card no luck. :/ I'm still waiting for Lego battery pack thing from Debenhams, rest of the order arrived though. I'm done and twitching here and then

duckbilled · 14/12/2014 11:57

Hi does anyone know if m&s are likely to reduce their Christmas decs before the big day? I want to buy the stocking with the Christmas tree on it but i can't bring myself to spend £20!!!! Thanks Xmas Grin

DrankSangriaInThePark · 14/12/2014 12:14

andadietcoke- I used 4KN3K, which gave me £30 off £60 as new customer, as long as you add it to your account. Word on the street says the £60 goes onto your account, plus an immediate £30 credit. Then apparently you just pay it off.

I just checked and still have a Very account from when I did the same on Very! dp might be about to open a Very account whilst dd has an isme one
