Disney's Small One, I cry....everytime!!

gemdrop84 · 26/10/2014 09:00

Sorry think it's called The Small One, it's a Disney short and it's about a little donkey who is taken to market by his owner's son. No one wants to buy him as he's too old and scrawny except the tanner. I'm sure you can all guess what happens! We watched it every Christmas followed by Mickey's Christmas Carol.. which also always makes me cry!!

Oh, Biscuits, I didn't know that about dvds. That's good to know. I know Unlikely Angel has been released as a region 1 dvd in America, just never released in the UK. Would be nice to see it again.

Thanks for telling me Smile

Ooh love The Flint Street Nativity Smile

Lost Christmas (Eddie Izzard)

And - mainly because Paul Kaye is in it the 2009 version of A Childs Christmases in Wales

gemdrop it is called 'Small One'....I had it on one of those Disney Christmas compilation DVD's.

I really like a film called If You Believe, a kind of take on the Christmas Carol story. I own it as part of this this box set of seasonal films

the Family Stone, The Holiday - I love Kate Winslet's house, Jane Campion's Little Women. Don't forget some of the TV dramas that have been on over the years, Fast Freddie, the widow and Me with Laurence Fox was great.

GoEasyPudding · 29/10/2014 15:17

The Holiday - for me too! Adore it! Love everything about it....I really like seeing Jack Black being romantic...

I checked out the Bishops Wifes trailer on You Tube, so adorable, the stars are being themselves talking about the movie to a studio lot security guard. Very unusual.

Santa With Muscles, if you can find it. It has Hulk Hogan as Santa. It's brilliant.
