Did anyone buy the joules bag from boots to collect in store? oooh had a good argument with the manager in Argos, luckily I used to work in retail and know a little bit about trading standards. If I hadn't of taken the print out of the confirmation they wouldn't of let me have it. that and the fact I was getting a bit loud So take your print out, say the contract starts when you placed the order for collection and stand firm!
