Thanks for the quote spotty

As previously, if you shot a link in the OP links isn’t working/no longer in date, please let me know by posting in bold so I can easily see to update Thanks

I'm getting a bit sporadic in what makes it to the OP (I can't put everything on or it would take up the whole thread!) so if you think I've missed something good please let me know.

The costco bear is taller than me.

Keepcalmanddrinkwine · 12/10/2014 17:37

Clairemum, I can do you an Isme recommendation if that helps? £20 off a £45 spend if you pm your name and email. Promise not to spam or out you. If anyone else has signed up to Very they could the same with a Very recommendation but I didn't keep that account open (too tempting and hoping to open a new one soon).
:)

Keepcalmanddrinkwine · 12/10/2014 17:38

Or try 4KMY4 for £30 off £60 with Very.

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 12/10/2014 17:44

That bear is fab! :o

RJnomore · 12/10/2014 17:48

Dd1 h just inherited a bear that size from DHs gran. It must be at least 30 years old though - probably more. I have a photo of dd as a tiny baby (and she was a tiny baby) sitting on the bear. It holds huge sentimental attachment for us all. She fortunately has a huge room but the bear is massive, you could use it as a seat, we just couldn't face getting rid of it though Sad

PinkSquash · 12/10/2014 17:54

Wow, those bears are giant!

Thanks for the new thread Reastie. Thanks

The DC have made their Christmas lists today, DS1 has 23 items and DS2 has one. Grin DS1 is desperate for a Teksta Puppy, he wanted it last year and I hoped he'd grow out of wanting it now, if anyone sees it at a totally bargainous price, please let me know.

Fluffycloudland77 · 12/10/2014 18:00

Thanks Reastie. My iPads learnt Reastie on autocorrect.

Tru fact.

cazza2878 · 12/10/2014 18:20

Toys R Us have this big bear half price at £29.99. I ordered a cheap item to take it over £30 for free delivery and used the £5 off code - bargain!

I got a £5 voucher for toy spend over £35 at Argos when we donated some toys to Barnados, which was a nice surprise. So if you are having a pre christmas clear out, consider Barnados !

IAlreadyToldYou · 12/10/2014 18:27

Marking place. Has anyone received their cardboard goggles yet? I wonder when they'll arrive. Come to think of it I didn't receive a confirmation email from them and have heard nothing since.

eastmidswarwicknightnanny · 12/10/2014 18:42

Smyths toys is cheapest for gup s n one few places that stock it ds had for 4 bday in Aug n grandpa had nightmare getting it n was £35.

Watch out as there is gup o out as well although cheaper n if u venture into Sainsbury a number of new sets with figures n associated crap kwazi n shellington have one. Also the speeder gup things have their own octopod out n a carry case. I am hopeful of at least 25% off in Sainsbury sale for some of it. We did get alot of bargains last Xmas on octonauts.

I curse to the person who brought him that one peso n narwal set for his 3rd bday last August!!

PinkSquash · 12/10/2014 18:47

Those Minecraft plushies look great. DS1 has the Ocelot and DS2 loves it too so they may get a few to play with

TheOneWithTheHair · 12/10/2014 18:48

Place marking. Thanks again Reastie

HopeAndStories · 12/10/2014 18:50

Thanks Reastie

Want that dress have 20% off Christmas jumpers with the code- xmas20. My email also says that subscribers get 10% off everything with the code- Save10, though I don't know if the codes stack.

EustaciaVye · 12/10/2014 18:51

I got quite a bit of lego from amazon this week as they seem to be price matching smyths discounts. hoping I don't regret it when sainsburys have their sale.

clairemum22 · 12/10/2014 18:56

Thanks! There is another new very code until 31 st October 4UU7X

wibblyjelly · 12/10/2014 19:01

told you I had a confirmation on Wednesday saying mine were on there way over.

3pigsinblanketsandasausagerole · 12/10/2014 19:17

I've seen teksta puppys down to £42

Dc1 wants a trex one. Not seen these for less than £47.

How old is your ds pinksquash? Mine is nearly 7 and I worry he will get bored of it

ipswichwitch · 12/10/2014 19:29

Halfords has a wooden balance bike I've been looking at for £35 (reduced from £39.99) Here
Don't know if it's the cheapest to be found but most of the wooden ones I've seen are at least £35. I'm on the lookout for a Halfords code now!

PinkSquash · 12/10/2014 19:45

3pigs DS1 is 8, so I have a similar worry, DS2 is 2 though, so I think he would enjoy it too. It is tricky though, I wouldn't be too worried if it was under £20, but £40 is a lot for a novelty that could get boring in a few hours

3pigsinblanketsandasausagerole · 12/10/2014 19:47

I agree pinksquash, ds2 is 5 so he might get some play out of it too I suppose! Just don't want it to be a waste!
