Re the Monsoon "Elsa" dress, can you imagine how many little bridesmaids have had the "but I want to dress as Elsa!" argument over the past year?! So I'd say the Monsoon dress does fill a gap, given that Disney haven't been able to keep up with demand.

I love the Monsoon version. You know it will be good quality. I. must. not. Buy. It. EBay Anna/Elsa dresses turned up today and look great, even if the Anna dress does have a (random!) fake Tory Burch logo sewn to the front. I guess your average 7yo won't give a stuff about that.

SpottyTeacakes · 03/10/2014 20:48

Dd needs that monsoon dress for my wedding in November.

lucysmam · 03/10/2014 21:06

Hopefully one of you will have a clue what dd2 keeps banging on about...flying Tinkerbell Confused HELP!! She says it's like Barbie, but not Hmm ...and flies. any ideas?

ValerieTheVodkaFairy · 03/10/2014 21:08

Lucysmam that would be the Sky High Tink I'm guessing.

The Monsoon Elsa dress- what one is it? that link just takes me to the main Monsoon page

ValerieTheVodkaFairy · 03/10/2014 21:10

Cheaper Tink with free delivery here

lucysmam · 03/10/2014 21:12

aaah, thanks Valerie will add to my watch list to see if it goes down over the next couple of weeks.

NormHonal · 03/10/2014 21:13

Monsoon Sitra Dress Link

She soooo does need it, Spotty. Deffo.

ValerieTheVodkaFairy · 03/10/2014 21:13

Oh it's beautiful! DD would love that. But she's not having it. Grin

NormHonal · 03/10/2014 21:14

I want a Sitra dress!

admiralclingus · 03/10/2014 21:16

trisis its not that great but the discount makes up for it Wink I'll ask the ops team to keep an eye out for it on delivery and let you know as soon as its available!

kiwidreamer · 03/10/2014 21:36

Oooooh thanks for the Monsoon Elsa dress heads up, DD has been asked to be a bridesmaid next year and the wedding colours are 'cinderella blue and silver' I've sent the link to my SIL-to-be :)

AndHarry · 03/10/2014 21:48

:o at you lot picking up the most unbargainous Disney princess dress ever. I quite fancy one for me.

I'm going to do some RL bargain hunting tomorrow. Last year TK Maxx had real Brio wooden train sets in before Christmas so I'm hoping they have the same this year. I'll have a look at the throws before I make up my mind about the Amazon one. Sorely tempted though.

Thanks for the Runner's World link. That set will do nicely in MIL's hamper. DH will think I've gone bonkers with the magazine though!

PumpkinsMummy · 03/10/2014 21:48

Aaaaargh I have just re-done my dog's beds and was looking for a fur type throw cheaply to pop in to save the one dog wants to snuggle, the other is a grumpy wee shite loan sleeper arguement. They would have been utterly perfect AND I could have got one for myself too at that price.

Am raging I tell you!

billiejeanbob · 03/10/2014 22:01

love love love the monsoon elsa dress! dd really needs one but dp will kill meGrin

2kidsintow · 03/10/2014 22:04

AndHarry... the throw was an uber bargain at something like 70p, plus the £3 p&p.

I've caved. Both DDs have their lovely furry thrown on their beds now. :)

kiwidreamer · 03/10/2014 22:13

I bought unbargainous cushions today to go with my supremely bargainous throw --which is embargoed at the post office until redelivery--

TrisisFour · 03/10/2014 22:15

Lucysmam, make sure you read the reviews of the flying tinkerbell. The two that valerie kindly linked to are different and if you look online, have mixed reviews. Dd wanted one for her birthday but the reviews weren't great, especially one with the pull cord... there is one with a button you press to release it that had slightly better reviews iirc...

Blondieminx · 03/10/2014 22:17

I popped to Home Bargains earlier and got a lovely red/white biscuit tin and Christmas tea towels all for less than a fiver. Also lots of bargain Halloween sweets.

Waitrose have 25% off Lindt goodies including huge golden bells which will be tucked into the top of the Blondie family stockings Smile

Still haven't made it to a Primark for the bed linen...

ShowMeShowMeTheWine · 03/10/2014 22:28

Right, can anyone talk me out of the next girls Christmas duvet sets? Since dc2 turned out to be a dd2, I've decided they're having a joint bedroom with matching bedding (Blushtwee I know) and I love the next one! But it's too Christmassy isn't it? To be the spare set? I couldn't use it in may could I? Or could I?!

Also, if anyone spots a gro clock for less than £20 PLEASE save my sanity let me know. Or if that's a totally bargainous price let me know and I'll stop being a bargain hunter tight and buy it.

lucysmam · 03/10/2014 22:30

Thanks Trisis, I was going to wait and see if it dropped then have a proper look. If the reviews aeren't great though, I wonder if aliexpress may have similar for less then she'll get what she keeps asking for & it's not too much to replace.

I'll do some hunting and see.

ecofreckle · 03/10/2014 22:38

Reastie I have sensitive skin and eczema and I found the lush dream cream expensive very very good for me. They'll give you a small sample if you. want to try it.

PinkSquash · 03/10/2014 22:53

I went to my local Primark today and they didn't have the silvery stag bedding. Sad I very unfortunately will have to visit the city to track one down, so please don't take them all! Wink

Bugsylugs · 03/10/2014 23:14
