SUNDAYTREAT gives 20% off dorothy perkins today

JaquelineHyde · 21/09/2014 19:28

Right I am back, I started right back on thread one with you all, bought quite a bit and then got side tracked by the summer hols and dissertation writing.

Need to get a shuffle on to get it all done before everyone realises it's nearly Christmas and starts buying stuff up.

Studio have some decent Christmas trees, lights and other decorations on offer at the moment for anyone that needs to replace stuff. They are always worth a good look through especially some of there personalised stuff. Don't panic about it being catalogue stuff, you can just pay it all off as soon as your statement arrives. I've never had any problems with them.

margaritasbythesea · 21/09/2014 19:37

I have just had an email from debenhams to say they have an up to 25% off event tomorrow. Good for those who got groupon offer!

Blondieminx · 21/09/2014 19:39

Ahh brilliant, thanks ladies. I'd wondered if really its a bit early?... but as always mumsnet has the answer! Grin

I'm not sure if my last post worked but last year I did a spy kit for Ds which didn't cost very much. In it was:

Stamp pad (for finger prints)
Newspaper glued onto cardboard with eyeholes
Fake passport ( bought passport cover and stuck pages in)
ID cards for various identities (self laminating cards from amazon plus Ds in fancy dress)
A folder with worksheet type things in like suspect list, case history etc etc
Invisibly ink
Rear view glasses
Voice changer ( cheap from Argos)

He loved it.

KnackeredMuchly · 21/09/2014 19:46

20% of M&S with code SEP14MNS as said a few times...

But they also have free USA delivery at the minute, so you could send some cheap early Christmas presents off to family members?

Fluffycloudland77 · 21/09/2014 19:48

eBay are doing choc coins, one seller was £13 for a kilo.

GerrardWinstanley · 21/09/2014 19:50

Mipe loving those kitty notes. DD2 keeps asking for a cat. This is the closest she's getting. Plus she loves sticky notes. Fab stocking filler :-)

AndHarry · 21/09/2014 19:51

Someone was looking for a Hotel Chocolat deal. I got a thing through the post last week for their tasting club. Introductory selection for £9.95 (inc. P&P) and if you order before 31st October you get a free body butter. Website here, offer code L913.

I got an introductory selection last year as a gift for a relative but ended up eating the whole box myself Blush

pinkandblue DD is getting a 3-in-1 Mini Micro scooter for her 2nd birthday in November. DS has a normal Mini Micro that she's tried but she's a bit little for it yet, definitely with the steering.

LapsedTwentysomething · 21/09/2014 19:56

3062, I've just taken a screen shot of your brilliant spy kit. Want to remember it for when the DCs are a bit older.

Ainmnua · 21/09/2014 19:58

TeWi thanks for that link. It doesn't show any of your details.

evelynj · 21/09/2014 19:59

Question for anyone with joules slippersocks-what's the sizing like? For size 7 ladies I'm assuming large but no idea on men's for e.g. Sizes 9&11. I bought des some snow boots half a size bigger than his shoe size & they're tiny even after taking out insoles so don't want to order without knowing a bit more & their sizing guide is useless!

I'm getting slack with finishing off these threads. Sad

Kelly281 · 21/09/2014 20:40

Marking place for new thread, Thanks Reastie.

Also, wondering if anyone can help. DD has continually asked for Stompasaurus from Team Umizoomi for her 3rd Birthday in 2wks. Such a toy doesn't exist. Has anyone seen a similar look toy/dinosaur that I could get? I'd love to fulfil her Birthday wish. Thank you in advance for any suggestions!

Next have elf hats for babies in their clearance section. I ordered two and they are lovely. Only £4 each.

They also have Santa hats with knitted beards. Also £4 for age 3 to 6 years. They are nice and stretchy and fit my massive adult head.

Iamblossom · 21/09/2014 20:48

this is cute for someone who likes owls sorry if posted already.

TheNightIsDark · 21/09/2014 20:51

Oh I'm nearly finished with the kids presents. Fuck I've peaked too early! There's going to be some major twitching I think!

OodneedsanOod · 21/09/2014 21:01
