If you are near Kingston, the Bentalls clearance shop has Cath Kidston towels and bedding at 70% off. I got a huge bath sheet, 2 guest towels and a gorgeous bath robe for DD1 all for £26 - it has made my day!

Gladvent · 14/12/2013 20:13

nickdrake I had a person like that, got her a Pecksniffs set of hand washes and creams from TK Maxx, rrp 22.50 and it was 7.99. We might not see her now after all which would mean I get to keep it....

raisah · 14/12/2013 20:18

Argos has a half price toy sale on now.

Coveredinweetabix · 14/12/2013 20:35

buddy when ELC had 20% off everything in Nov, my delivery took 6 working days and I never got a despatch email, it just arrived.

nickdrakeslovechild · 14/12/2013 20:53

great minds Gladvent just remembered the body shop is still 50% off so got a lovely gift set and handwash for £11 including a free moisturiser which happens to be the one I use!

nickdrakeslovechild · 14/12/2013 20:54

The toy post office from Amazon is down to £4.99, I know it was popular last time round.

LaTrucha · 14/12/2013 21:28

Don't forget your shop bell

Funkybutnot · 14/12/2013 21:40

Been to JL again today 80 miles away but my chances of getting the bear and the hare soft toy for DD is probably 0%

DH is phoning every day, some days it shows that there might be stock in a certain store but they then phone us back within 2-3hrs to say no stock in x store etc! I just really hope they do get stock back in, even if it's after Christmas!

DD made my day though by standing in front of the bear and hare display that they have in store and sang the whole song, by the end she had a little crowd and a clap from them at the end.

lilylaville · 14/12/2013 21:41

Itsiggin You can buy a Samsung Galaxy tab 2 7" which would be lovely if it's for basic things for £99

MrsLoveChristmas · 14/12/2013 21:42

Aw Funky, wish you had been able to get some of the toys.

Rhonda made a good find with the Ikea version of bear and hare if you haven't had a look, they look pretty close to me and none of this out of stock malarkey!

lilylaville · 14/12/2013 21:43

Actually a tab 3 are not too far away from your budget or even a HUDL from Tesco. If you have clubcard vouchers you can double up still I think

SpottyChristmasCakes · 14/12/2013 21:47

Aww funky so cute Smile

I've wrapped some more presents!! Dp stole one of the beers from the B52 Hmm

Funkybutnot · 14/12/2013 21:52

mrslove thank you. I have seen them but not sure what to do.... Could go either way with DD. She could like them and be happy (ish) with them or it could be a meltdown that they are not the right ones and not identical to the JL ones. She would think that Father Christmas had done a mistake. If I do buy them it won't be for Christmas Day as don't want to risk any upset.

BadlyWrittenPoem · 14/12/2013 21:52

Penguin, do you have a link for the toy post office please? I can't find one.

NotSoNewNow · 14/12/2013 22:02

Funky probably no help and don't know where abouts you are, but the High Wycombe branch had the toys last week.

leesmum · 14/12/2013 22:35

Don't suppose anyone has a recent free delivery code for Debenhams? Thanks.

NotSoNewNow · 14/12/2013 22:37

The post office link -

nickdrakeslovechild · 14/12/2013 22:41

If you search amazon for elc, they are doing the extra 20% off same as the shop, but with the free delivery if you spend £10.

Funkybutnot · 14/12/2013 22:45
