Be warned Vistaprint aren't including VAT in the price they advertise the calendars for. So that is a nice little surprise once you've done all the work. Plus they tried to say they didn't do economy delivery to where I live, so I had to pay 12.99 express delivery! 12.99! Seems to have gone through without it but we'll see.

Hello lovely bargain people, so DH has said we can buy DD some new furniture (ie bookcase/storage thingy) if I can raise the money through paypal by selling stuff on eBay... All going fairly well and found bookcase on Vertbaudet with 25% already off making it £89. Should be able to get £15 off £20+ spend, but (May be cheekily clutching at straws) are there any other discounts knocking around do you know?!

A lovely lady in the queue in M&S gave me one of her 20% off for friends and family vouchers today, I used it at the till but it has some codes printed on it for online use if anyone would like one?

I ordered my bird scarf on 29/10, I think we all did it on the same day so the 28 days aren't quite up just yet.

Looks like they could be coming from China as well? When I do some banking I'll check if the postage has been taken.

I do get a lot of emails from the company trying to get me to buy windows and conservatories though.....every time I see the name I think, oooh scarf! Then it's a disappointingly un-Christmassy glass product.

I ordered (finally) my photo-Christmas cards yesterday- Vistaprint rather than my beloved Photobox because of the postage, Vistaprint postage was free if it was the so-slow-a-donkey-could-bring-it-from-China method.

Ok folks. I've got it right this time - amazon black Friday week starts in about 45 minutes (ie 8am)

They already have loads of things listed so you can see what's coming but not with prices on yet. I may or not have noticed there were Kipling bags but loads of other stuff too.

Anybody know of other places doing good promotions this week? Asda did one last year but it's not showing on their mobile site.

I think other places only do actually Black Friday as opposed to all week

Yay!! I've been excited for this week for ages all year

I've never cared about Black Friday before in my life, and I'm actually from the country that invented it!

So why am I doing finger-flexing stretches, opening several windows for comparison and buying ease, making a pot of coffee and generally getting myself overly excited??!

Oh yes it's the power of the Bargains thread, where things you've never heard of before suddenly become more dear to you than family!

p.s. if anyone sees a posh coffee maker thingy going for pennies (ha!) can you please alert me?

The whole Gary Barlow album is d/l for £1.49 on Amazon. It seems to be a mistake, as each song is d/l for 99p. But I just bought it and checked, and you def get the album for £1.49. (on HUKD)

now I feel guilty for robbing money off lovely Gary

but not that much because I usually d/l everything illegally
