Lots of stocking filler type toys in Poundland at the moment. Today, in a very small store, I saw Polly Pocket blind bags, Nano Speed cars, periscopes almost identical to the one that I paid nearly £4 for and lots of Christmas books and DVDs including this one and lots of others that I can't remember.

Lovely selection of cuddly toys too, including lots of owls; some pink and hotchpotch and some regular owl coloured.

So, having finished (thanx to this) back at the beginning of October, I'm now feeling what I have learned is 'the itch'.
I'm quite sure I can scratch it once and for all with the following dvd's - Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, the Wizard of Oz and Mary Poppins. The last one, in particular is ridiculously expensive tho, for something I watched for free 2 or 3 times a year for the whole of my childhood!
