Book people use lots of different couriers, sometimes even within the same order. I've had RM, yodel, hermes. I am struggling with the concept of Hermes and a card telling you where the delivery is. I thought their USP was the fun of working out what they might have done with your package. Is it hiding in the garden, or maybe in the recycling or maybe with a random person on a different road who uses the same vet as your BIL's second cousin.
