I've got ds's teacher one of those 3d apple post it's, I'm quite tempted to get some of those school stickers, personalised to say 'miss x says good work', but worried she'll think I'm expecting ds to be given them!

Morning all. I've had a productive morning by pure fluke! I ended up in a co op in the arse end of nowhere, and got a copy of the glamour mag (with the nail varnish and joy card) that I have had no luck in tracking down so far!

They also had a bottle of the malt whiskey my SF likes, that again, I have not been able to find. So I'm feeling happy.

Now just have to see what my joy card is worth!

I'm just back from Aldi, love that shop!! Got a full weeks food, plus a large tub of quality street £3.99, a Disney xmas board book with cd of 10 xmas songs £2.99, xmas loo roll 4 pack £1.99 I think plus a snow shovel for £5.99 and the shop all up for £74... bargainous!!

They had really nice leather gloves for £7 which I might go back for --after discovering at the checkout dd lost one of the pair around the supermarket somewhere and I wasn't buying a single glove--

Oh and they have heavy sellotape dispensers with a full roll of sellotape for £1.99, I've used mine a few times now and its fantastic, will take all the stress out of xmas wrapping that is for sure... cannot express how happy this sellotape dispenser makes me!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ooh, I'm off to aldi this afternoon, not because I ate all the Christmas chocs, nope that wasn't me ...

The joy card is on page 111, it's a body shop page, there is a green card that you take into the shop and it will have either £3, £5 or £100 on. Every card has something.

It has to be redeemed in store on a full price item, but £3 is still £3!!

Marne I just used ANGEL for free delivery and WINPC for 10% off. There are different codes in the 2nd post of this thread if those don't work.

Oh and my flavourly just arrived - it's the blood cordial one. Trying to figure out if 3 months flavourly would be a good present for BIL. Can you use FLAVOURLY5 on your second box, do we know?

frisky those are the sort of stamps I'm hoping to get but the personalised ones as the teacher already has the others - and that was definitely more the price point I ws hoping for!

I think so notso, mine ends in 05 so probably! I'm going to buy one of those gingerbread man sponges for DD's stocking!

Had a packed little package arrive from china this morning, wind up torches and xbox covers. I'm debating over a few buys this weekend or holding off till black friday. What do you think? Are there reall bargains to be had for it?

I got my Flavourly box this morning, am sure DH will love the contents for his xmas hamper.

I got DS a single serving tub of the american cereal Lucky Charms in Poundland for £1.00 to put in his stocking as he is obsessed with trying every american food going at the moment (hears it in the films etc..)

I was honking of something like that Oreo.
I need some cheap but bulky items for DD 13 she's getting an IPad mini so the rest of the budget is pretty small.
I've got her some nail varnishes and make up but don't tell Rosie that I'm packaging up in a big box with some make up bags, bobbles etc from Primark.
Some new PJ's I got free from Tesco,
Some cheap DVD's I've picked up through the year,
Some Lucky Charms, marshmallow fluff and loads of other American sugary crap that I usually refuse to buy,
A moustache cushion
I don't know what else to get, any ideas please?
