theonewiththehair a thought for your daughter. I know they're a bit passé now, but I've ordered a quote I like to be made into wall stickers for my daughters room (the one I've had is: "let her sleep, for when she wakes she will move mountains". She's only two but I already have high hopes for her!). You could have a lyric from a favourite song, or something else which is special to her?

I have a mothercare/elc code for 25% off that needs to be used in the next hour and a half, if anyone wants it.

KungFuBustle · 11/11/2013 22:31

It happens, it's how they get ya they all want my pounds, but they shall only get pence!

KungFuBustle · 11/11/2013 22:34

Should keep the kids off the mince pies

Slightly expensive for a silly toy at £1.39 but like the fun snaps it's feels retro and classic somehow.

dementedma · 11/11/2013 22:38

Buggeration. Just bought the snaps too.
Am coming off this thread before I bankrupt myself!

happymummythesedays · 11/11/2013 22:43

*I just emailed Hello Fresh and said i wanted to try my first box before any more came and they emailed me back to say they have suspended my account so all good.

TheOneWithTheHair · 11/11/2013 22:45

Thank you so much everyone. I've not thought of doing dh a hamper, even though it's been mentioned on here before and I'm doing others a hamper.

I've got the plectrum punch for my nephew. That was fantastic.

I've book marked the Stage Presence shop to go through tomorrow.

I feel a bit better now. :)

Has anyone else successfully spent £60 on Disney Princess Dolls in Toys R Us and added the free make up kit worth £20?

I keep trying and the free kit isn't showing up in the basket.

Just wondering if I should place the order as it is and then call them in the morning? I only want six dolls really, but ordering an additional two so I get the free make up set!

pigleychez · 11/11/2013 22:47

Very tempted with the fox bag but due to move house in a few weeks and wonder about risking the delivery as it comes from China. Boo.

Any other ideas for an 11yr old girl?

RosieBloom32 · 11/11/2013 22:51

Bad reviews on both the fart whistle and the chinese finger trap.

TheOneWithTheHair · 11/11/2013 22:52

I also got the Ben 10 camera set.

Theimpossiblegirl · 11/11/2013 22:53

I think the fox bags are available in the UK- ebay uk seller

notso · 11/11/2013 22:56

Theonlyoneiknow · 11/11/2013 22:57

notso · 11/11/2013 22:57

Posted hat to soon as I dropped my GHD's!
If you use a money off code it won't allow a free gift as well.

Kipsy · 11/11/2013 23:00

TheImpossibleGirl
Fart Whistle not too good as per reviews, in fact someone says it sounds like a duck Confused

KungFuBustle · 11/11/2013 23:04

one direction bedding £12.99 instead of £19.99 and you can collect in store.

No idea who these lads are but heard a few Miners mention their kids like them.

KungFuBustle · 11/11/2013 23:05

Lego brick lunch box] Four quid instead of ten.

pigleychez · 11/11/2013 23:11

Fantastic Thanks Impossible girl

GrinThanks

OvO · 11/11/2013 23:11

My bargain furby arrived today.

And it MINE.

It's just so adorable I can't bear to give it to my 9 year old who will just turn it evil. I luffs it.

I actually told my DH that he can wrap it up and give it to me for Christmas. Blush. I've just re-read that last sentence and it sounds well dodgy! Grin

Somersaults · 11/11/2013 23:13

I'm sure you will all be pleased to know that after inspiring the thread title I am less sad now. Two whopping parcels arrived today :)

A huge Mothercare one full of birthday surprises for DD and a load of art supplies, and another Amazon package with the lovely Cath Kidston notelets in (which are smaller than I imagined but still lovely) and the doodle book which looks great, as well as the Peppa Christmas pre-order DVD.

All mega bargains and I would have known nothing about them were it not for this thread so huge thanks to everyone contributing. Today's parcels are just getting piled on top of what is now being referred to as Christmas Corner in our dining room. Again, all bargains from on here!
