I can confirm the terms & conditions of the subscription are:
An initial 12 month non-refundable contract applies. Unless written notice is given before the end of the initial term, the subscription will continue as a rolling 12 month non-refundable contract.
I trust this has clarified the situation.

So I've sent a rather snotty response back directly quoting their T&Cs, that they make no mention of 12 month minimum, that they clearly state 28 days notice only, that they clearly refer to the subscription renewing every 6 months indicating a 6 month rolling contract and that I trust they will now cancel my subscription in accordance with the T&Cs I agreed to at the time of sale.

btw has anyone managed to send them a screenshot - it seems attachments don't get through. I said I had a screenshot.

crafty I just cancelled the DD with the bank. Does that not work? Am I meant to contact them?
