SarahPercyAndBill · 07/11/2013 08:19

Oh and FB Murad is US based, so no help.

weebarra · 07/11/2013 08:21

Rhonda - don't worry about it, you were genuinely trying to make life easier, not being nasty.
Rugby mum - have you tried land's end? Mum got some good ones from there for DH.

SurvivalOfTheUnfittest · 07/11/2013 08:25

Can anyone tell me before I collect my argos bargains at 10am whether a furby rocker will be accepted by ds1, aged 5, instead of a proper furby? It's either one of them or nothing but I don't know enough about them to make a clear decision. He knows he's not having a furby!

Pachacuti · 07/11/2013 08:25

People who got bacon jam in their Flavourly box -- where was it from? I am intrigued now and may need to order some from somewhere...

milk · 07/11/2013 08:28

I'm sure its been said before, but get 20% off clothes and shoes on Amazon with a code you receive when you sign up to their newsletter email!

My Dad has asked for a Kindle case for Christmas, but it is not simple. He's got an old kindle, so not paperwhite or fire. It's got a 6" screen and no wifi. Measures 4.5 by 6.5" and has no markings. Any idea which Kindle it is and what cases will fit? Do you think a kindle 4 case would be ok, even though these seem to have wifi?

MrsLoveBucket · 07/11/2013 08:41

SarahPercy there is a UK Murad page too

SpottyTeacakes · 07/11/2013 08:41

Pachacuti bacon jam

MrsLoveBucket · 07/11/2013 08:42

Mercy can I be nosy and ask what was in the box you got?

MooseyMoo · 07/11/2013 08:49

I've seen the Bacon Jam in Waitrose for £3.99

Just bought x2 Cineworld Christmas Gift pack at £20 each that's two winter birthdays sorted Smile

I've almost finished my christmas shopping. Just MiL and BiL to go - woo! Will be keeping an eye out on Black Friday deals though

BeaLola · 07/11/2013 08:53

20% off online TODAY only at M & S.

I still have 25%ELC code if anyone requires one.

Barbeasty · 07/11/2013 08:56

milk I'm not sure to be honest. I asked his girlfriend which one he had and that was the info she came back with.

I'm thinking socks might be the was forwards! Or at least a book he asked for. I think the case might be too risky.

TheOneWithTheHair · 07/11/2013 08:57

Grin That's dedication to the cause TheOnly!

Pachacuti · 07/11/2013 09:05

Why not contact Amazon and ask about Kindle covers? They are normally pretty good about responding quickly.

TeaAndCakeOrDeath · 07/11/2013 09:09

From something I've just seen on MSE -

Dorothy Perkins 20% off all sale items (automatically deducted at basket) + 25% OR 20% off code + free delivery code

20% off > FASHIONFIX
25% off > DPSUPER25
Free delivery > DPLOVESU

TeaAndCakeOrDeath · 07/11/2013 09:14

Just tried and codes stack too... (one discount and free delivery - just remeber to change your delivery option to 'next day delivery')

DrankSangriaInThePark · 07/11/2013 09:20

Murad still haven't refunded. I am about to send a(nother) stroppy email to their abominable customer services....

M and S is good, but usually the 20% Thursdays are valid on their Christmas 3 x 2 as well, but I see not today. I am going to risk it and hang fire for a day nearer Christmas when it is across the board.....(want wrapping stuff)

Kipsy · 07/11/2013 09:20

Another Lego deal. I've ordered this one too Blush
This thread is baaad for me, can't resist a deal!

LEGO 628: X-Large Grey Baseplate £5 down from £10.49

It's a massive 48x48 studs plate, very useful as part of a starter set.

Picturesinthefirelight · 07/11/2013 09:24

Ooh thanks, ds has been wanting dime base plates for ages.

LottieDidIt · 07/11/2013 09:27

Does anybody know if the M & S Christmas Biscuit Tin is still half price in store?

I only have time to either go to town and M&S or to Home Bargains so just trying to decide where to go!

Picturesinthefirelight · 07/11/2013 09:28

They are £7.49 at John Lewis so still a saving £9.99 at Smyths.
