Just received murad cancellation too. Not too upset as was going to be for me anyway but just found mil has bought me Liza Earle stuff for my birthday. Shame though.

I still haven't had an email from murad. they took the money and still saying payment received. Wish they would just cancel it!

I got my order cancellation. They said they were oversubscribed and my money has been refunded. Funny how they are oversubscribed yet no one is getting any!

I sound bitter but I'm really not fussed about the products, was just excited at my bargains!

Murad cancelled my order this morning too.

Not a "new" bargain but Cocosa have a lot of Links of London Charms from £14 - 25ish when usually £39-55. I've ordered them before and they come well wrapped in the proper Links boxes. They are often on Cososa but not always such a good selection

I also just got a cancellation on Murad. They ran out of the zest gift. No one answering their phones. According to their own t&cs, they can't just cancel my order because they've run out of samples. They should have still sent my product (with the discount) without the freebies.

Very poorly handled. Never buying their products again from them or any of their retailers. Hope you're googling yourself and reading this Murad's sales team. In this day of age, you can't pull this kind of crap and think your customers aren't going to wise up.
