Have just been wrapping presents to post, and realised I can't send on a gift set containing 4 mini body sprays - not allowed to post more than 2 aerosols now, and even if you do you have to present them at the counter I believe - a lot of hassle. Presumably makes things safer, but wish is known about it before starting shopping! Affects nail polish and perfume/aftershave too.

MooseyMoo · 02/11/2013 13:54

Oh, the Aldi puppets look lovely. I'm planning on a visit to Aldi next weekend. Hopefully they will be in store.

DreamlessSleep · 02/11/2013 13:56

They must have gone up then as am rl shopping and label says 10 Sad

Willemdefoeismine · 02/11/2013 14:04

I got one for £5.00 in-store today DreamlesSleep - go to the customer service counter to check - maybe the reduction label has fallen off?

Oreocrumbs · 02/11/2013 14:10

Thanks Bea for the Barbie, info, I'll double check what she has and then get one of those.

I've been to Aldi too, they have boxes of 12 baubles in the red and white fairisle style for £9.99, they looked nice, and boxes of luxury crackers for £10 - they look expensive IYSWIM.

Guitargirl · 02/11/2013 14:20

Barbie digital dress doll is at its lowest on Amazon, according to camelcamel: 33.33

olibeansmummy · 02/11/2013 14:21

MooseyMoo the puppets are even nicer IRL :) ( although that link you posted does not lead to them, it's a link to a card shop I think).

AChristmassyJerseySpud · 02/11/2013 14:28

Marking spot with festive cheer

janx · 02/11/2013 14:32

I am in Ikea - apart from the goat (is that in the market place?). What else do you recommend?Grin

MooseyMoo · 02/11/2013 14:35

Mamafratelli · 02/11/2013 14:37

Not a bargain but just booked to see Father Christmas. If you are in the north west I can really recommend It's my party in Burnley. They only have Father Christmas in 23 December. You book a time and a small group go through together. It will be our third year. Linky here

MooseyMoo · 02/11/2013 14:52

Ebay have SuperWeekend promotion on

iloveholidays · 02/11/2013 14:55

Janx I picked up a gingerbread house set, chocolate moulds and cookie cutters in Ikea. I'm trying to think of what else....

DreamlessSleep · 02/11/2013 14:56

Daarn. Only saw that onced we'd left town.

nickdrakeslovechild · 02/11/2013 15:17

Was someone on here looking for Curious George? Just been into Superdrug and they had the christmas dvd for £2.99.

CrotchStitch · 02/11/2013 15:26

I ordered some books from the Book People which were scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday but arrived this morning by a startlingly efficient Yodel man Shock Bargainous discounts thanks to this thread and free delivery as we'll :)
Does anybody know how the TopCashback thing actually works? Only I ordered some flowers for a friends birthday through there as they were giving a massive 16% cash back! plus £5 off for new customers. I went through the TCB site, the discount code was pasted and correctly applied but I have still not had my email confirming my cash back yet. How long can it take as most of mine have come through within the hour or so (I ordered last night)

siblingrevelry · 02/11/2013 15:32

I've just ordered the following to make curry hampers for my DH and DBIL - Hairy Bikers curry book (£10) & Magnetic spice Dabba (£8.95), which I will fill with spices bought in large bags from the ethnic food aisles in the supermarket:

((www.amazon.co.uk/The-Hairy-Bikers-Great-Curries/dp/0297867334/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1383406191&sr=8-1&keywords=hairy+bikers+curry Hairy Bikers Curry book))

halestone · 02/11/2013 15:40

I have just brought a pepper pig supermarket from B&M Bargain on the box its marked as £29.99 but when i got to the till it was only £9.99. I'm not sure if this is a one off mistake but i was happy haha.

£29.99 was cheap though as i had seen it on Amazon for £54.70.

fluffypillow · 02/11/2013 15:41

Could anyone tell me where the cheapest place to buy Minnie mouse stompeez is please? Thank you Smile

RatherBeOnHoliday · 02/11/2013 16:06

Aldi puppets are fab, would very much recommend. Have just been to Boots and they still have 20% of iTune vouchers.

NannyPlumForPM · 02/11/2013 16:07

Grrr halestone- got mine from boots (admittedly in 3 for 2) for £29.99 so def a bargain!

TeaAndCakeOrDeath · 02/11/2013 17:07

Where on the Flavourly website do you cancel the subscription? I just looked all over but I may just be being a dunce....

TeaAndCakeOrDeath · 02/11/2013 17:16

Not a bargain at all but oh god these are amazing!

GirlWithTheYellowHat · 02/11/2013 17:26
