18th thread

If lost then see message 2 on the first page for the codes/info collated from previous threads (to save slow loading for those using phones).

Apologies that the long code list isn't fully updated from the last thread - I've been ill and haven't been able to keep up. If there's anything good which I can add to the next OP please will you fill me in and I'll add it? Thanks

I think someone was asking about stamps for boys, dinosaur ones are included in tesco boost If you have ever been sent £4 worth of clubcard vouchers they will be waiting for you at checkout you can just click to double them and pay 47p!

MooseyMoo · 28/10/2013 17:48

girl bath stacking cups, vtech bath friends turtle was a favourite toy for a while.

Favourite toys at the moment are bath foam and a flannel, elc happy land boat and 50p toy boats from Tickseed.

Follyfoot · 28/10/2013 17:58

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to whoever posted a link to the Magpie site (several threads back Grin ). Everything has been lovely so far - the £6 makeup and washbag sets are beautifully made.

Kat3L · 28/10/2013 18:06

Someone mentioned running bits. Aldi had lots of running stuff recently so might be worth a trip to see if they've any bits left. They've also got lots of Christmas bits coming in this week plus equestrian stuff.

I can't get the l'occitaine code to work- was it a one off?

kiwidreamer · 28/10/2013 18:18

Argh I've got at least £30 of Tesco vouchers and I don't know what to buy with them... little voice inside my head is yelling at me that means I've bought enough stuff but then the devil on my shoulder is rolling his eyes... there is always more stuff to buy!

Plus even if its clubcard vouchers I'm spending I want an awesome bargain too!!

giraffeseatpineapples · 28/10/2013 18:22

kiwi check out the cleareance section of tesco - bound to be something you need there! otherwise the squinkies set for £7.50 is really good value for little girl stocking fillers emergency presents.

kiwidreamer · 28/10/2013 18:29

I guess I could look at something for me --shock horror--

RedKites · 28/10/2013 18:34

girl my Sainsburys had some light up sea creatures for in the bath - I think I got a turtle and an octopus. They were half price, I think £1.50 each. And because of the whole electricity vs. water thing, I think they must be pretty well sealed up!

Reastie · 28/10/2013 18:43

Girl I'd say get some chocolate for you and a really nice baule baule you can put on the tree every year and remember her first christmas (I've been getting DD a 'special' baule baule every year so far OK, so there've only been 2 so far . Maybe some new clothes under the guise of a gift to bulk the stocking?

My Christmas good food mag arrived today Grin

My girls have a cheap kitchen set and tea set in the bath plus a few foam animals that stick to the tiles. They love pouring water from the cups and milk jug, scooping bubbles with the ladel and making 'soup' in the pots. They've been much more popular than their actual bath toys.

Somersaults · 28/10/2013 18:50

My haul is starting to arrive! I had no less than seven parcels arrive at work today!

My Scaramanga bags are gorgeous and I got a free purse with each one too which was an added bonus.

The Warren James bracelet is really pretty. Not worth the RRP of £119 but beautiful for £19!!!! The only things is that, as someone above posted, it comes with no box or anything.

Lots of little stocking fillers from Amazon arriving and birthday pressies for DD.

The Lego Book Box Set from the Book People is AMAZING for £9.99. Unbelievably good value and it'll make a fantastic gift. DH has asked if he can keep it.

jamtoast12 · 28/10/2013 18:57

Moshi monsters advent calendar £10 delivered amazon

Somersaults · 28/10/2013 19:12

Oh, and are there any GLTC codes knocking about? I'm about to buy a wooden kitchen (well, my DM is!) and a saving would be wonderful given that DD's birthday and Christmas fall very close together!

Lolly12 · 28/10/2013 19:18

Uniqlo have some nice Christmassy pjs for toddlers for £7.90 www.uniqlo.com/uk/store/feature/uq/infant/baby/ scroll to bottom to view them. I usually find their quality to be good.

GirlWithTheYellowHat · 28/10/2013 19:27

VoldemortsNipple · 28/10/2013 19:57
