I've taken the plunge with the plain lazy lucky bag, DS1 needs clothes anyway and the free delivery worked and I got 7% cash back from Quidco Grin
I just hope if the stuff is decent they still have them so I can grab one for DS2! Wink

Also I got a vistaprint calendar for my nan with pictures of all her great grandchildren for free - although delivery is £3.50 and it can take up to 21 days or you can pay more for a quicker turn around, it's also £5 cash back through Quidco. Smile

reastie · 10/10/2012 06:38

rhonda my boden order just says 'order placed' still but nothing dispatched, I'm not sure whether to be hopeful or not Hmm

Thanks for the link to that asda toy sale. We already have a toy kitchen for DD for christmas but now I'm debating whether to buy the shop for her for gps to buy for her (we don't really have room but I know she'd love it). Does anyone have the shop? Is it decent quality? If it's a bit flimsy I may just leave it and get her a sturdier one for next christmas.

reastie i just looked at the toy shop too - ones i have seen so far have been £100+ so it does seem a bargain. we have the kitchen in the link and it has been fine, still goingt strong. again quite cheap compared to others but we werent sure how much use it would get and didnt want to waste money.

SminkoPinko · 10/10/2012 08:24

Asos sale Use code MEGA10 for a further 10% off sale items.

bulletwithspookybatwings · 10/10/2012 08:31

My boden order was still going through but they had removed the codes, I have just asked them to cancel it. They didn't send any notification that the codes had been removed though Angry As if I'd pay £50 for a child's coat!

oreocrumbs · 10/10/2012 08:41

I've just taken this from another site so not sure if it works but apparently the 2 for £10 toys are coming up for £8 on elc, and the 2 for £15 are now £12.

They said the money comes off when you add to basket. Off to work so don't have time to try but thought I would share it Smile.

The tip about the Amazon wishlist that was posted way back on thread one has paid off for me. The dolls house for DD dipped down yesterday so that is now ordered.

Off to earn some money rather than spend it Grin

Afrodizzywonders · 10/10/2012 08:44

I just ordered the wooden elc rescue centre! Brill. Here's a little stocking filler, a decent watch for £4.25 inc P&p

I couldn't use SAVANNAH on sale items at ecl.

I've still heard nothing from Next about that supposed voucher.

AWomanCalledHorse · 10/10/2012 10:07

AWomanCalledHorse · 10/10/2012 10:17

Not a bargain, but Brave is being released on bluray/dvd next month 26th Nov).
Looking through Amazon they have really well priced blu-ray boxsets for the man/teen/hard to buy for (Bourne, Back to the Future, Matrix, Resident Evil, Alien boxsets for £10-ish)...and Princess Bride on bluray for £5.97!

iloveholidays · 10/10/2012 10:27

I've just seen on another thread that if there is elc stuff on the mothercare website that you can get 20% off when you spend £15 with code RNLH inc sale items.

I've not tried it and not sure if there is P&P.

mumtoaandj · 10/10/2012 10:33

Christmas Kate, you are right, dont buy elf on the shelf, its ugly!!! Buy something else elf like and just use it in the same way, I have lots of templates with certificates on and you can register with elf on the shelf website for emails etc regardless of if you have one.
