Hi, continuity thread for my little DS (3) who was diagnosed with neuroblastoma last week. Much gratitude for all the support the Trazzles have received. You nasty nest of vipers, you Grin

Hope Joe is feeling a bit better today.

Very good news about nursery fees and UK trials- of course hope Joe would not need them, but reassuring that they will be there if needed.

TeaMakesItToTheTop · 08/11/2012 09:24

Hoping today's a good day Trazzle

saffronwblue · 08/11/2012 09:28

Hope Joseph is feeling better. Here is a splodge of light for you.

THERhubarb · 08/11/2012 09:31

Still shining a splodge of light in Wiltshire for you Trazzle x

blizy · 08/11/2012 09:42

I hope Joseph has a better day. Splodge in Glasgow still shining. X

thewhistler · 08/11/2012 10:22

Me too. Thinking of you.

SHRIIIEEEKPoolingBearBlood · 08/11/2012 10:24

Just checking in, hope he's over the diarrhoea x

ShiftyFades · 08/11/2012 10:26

Morning Trazzle, how's Joseph's tummy this morning? Hope he's feeling better today xxxx

Trazzletoes · 08/11/2012 11:21

Hey, thanks for your splodges xxx.

Joe's diarrhoea is ongoing but he's on antibiotics until 14th so I expect it will carry on til then. He's still not eating, and the overnight feed goes straight through him. Still, we're in hospital tomorrow for a kidney function test so if the levels of stuff in his blood are skewiff, (sp?!), they can check that. It's a bit of a relief really.

fraktion · 08/11/2012 14:29

Poor Joseph and poor you.

Remember to look after yourself too.

onedev · 08/11/2012 14:53

Hope it's gone ok today & echo the point of taking care of yourself also.

Trazzletoes · 08/11/2012 15:48

We're doing ok, honestly. And I'm hoping (quietly!) to be out this evening. A colleague (and old friend) is having leaving drinks tonight. I'll be along as long as Joseph doesn't get any worse. Fingers are crossed but hopes definitely not up!

Hi trazzle and trazzle-ites. Would just like to give my 2p's worth of how brave and fantastic you really are. Somebody that can inspire love and generosity and yet neither exploit or offend anybody. I think you are truly an inspiration, and that with Joseph fighting with all his might I am sure he will beat this vile thing. Am sorry youVe had to deal with this rubbish... But I can assure you that myself, an probably a lot of people posting on this thread wouldn't have coped as well as you are. Keep going, keep your chin up and remember EVERYONE is thinking of you and sending positive vibes to little Joseph X

Another one who thinks Kirstoll said it perfectly.

Hope you do make it out tonight for two reasons-one because it will mean Joe is doing ok and two because it will be good for you to have some "normality" and time for yourself. (Although never totally sure what normality actually means!)

Big splodge.

BehindLockNumberNine · 08/11/2012 19:22

Lovely words Kristoll Smile

Trazzle, I hope you get to go on your evenign out tonight, enjoy it.
Still splodging from Surrey x

barefootcook · 08/11/2012 19:57

Hi Trazzle

Hope little Joe is feeling a bit better now and that you manage to get out this evening for a few hours and enjoy yourself.

dikkertjedap · 08/11/2012 21:27

Hope you have been able to go out tonight and that Joe is having a good rest.

Also hope that the kidney function test goes smoothly tomorrow.

Will he be able to go home after the test?

Trazzletoes · 08/11/2012 22:20

Ah shit. I'm hammered and the room us spinning alcohol is BAD kids x

Some good updates there kiddo! Karma doing good stuff x

I hope DH is on night duty tonight Grin

onedev · 08/11/2012 22:44
