Toddler throwing up after gardening

DD (21 months) and I spent the day gardening today. She did get mucky, and played in the gravel, the soil, the dry leaves etc. She may have put something in her mouth, I have to admit to not being overly vigilant.
This evening she has thrown up twice, really heavily. She is fine and happy in between, but whimpers when she's about to be sick and, well, is. (First time I was holding her. Down my bra, top, jeans, on rug, everything. Never have I been so covered in sick.

As I said, she seems fine, so the plan is to get her cleaned up (again) and put her to bed as normal. I'm just not sure if I should be more concerned, in case she did eat something in the garden. Any advice greatly appreciated. :)

She wasn't sick yesterday, but was the day before. Yesterdayspent the day on my lap moaning and crying.

The doc did the usual examination, couldn't find anything. We've done a urine sample to rule out a UTI...

She seems much brighter this morning and is eating breakfast slowly... Hopefully this is the beginning of getting better.

Oh no poor thing, sounds like my dd1 last week. Once she started looking a bit brighter & started eating she improved loads, still took her ages to look herself though. This week she's back at school, very skinny but very happy.
