Continuing on from part 23 as it was getting full

Currently on hold hoping for an update!! Proof of delivery 25/08, I've never been able to get through on phone I just want an update! It's so frustrating

Just been on hold for 30 mins to get cut off. Scan date 23/8 texts 31/10 and 21/11, congratulations to all awarded and good luck to those waiting.

Do you mind letting me no what they say my scan date is 23/8 hopefully hear something soon xx

I'm still not with a DM scan date 16/08. It's so frustrating how they change the timescales all the time

My scan date was 21/08 and still not on a desk if that helps 😂 been told not to bother calling till the end of January

My daughter's claim been with dm since 11th and still no decision I called today the man I spoke to said don't expect to hear something till after Christmas apparently they are 2 weeks behind this wait is crazy am on 19 weeks today

@Kellylillybelly8 its absolutely ridiculous. Some people have had decisions and some people still waiting who had earlier scan dates

It's crazy but I just give up calling now

Just got off the phone to a lovely man didn't give me much information regarding which pile my claim is at just did a week count and said I'm looking at after Christmas possibly middle of January and to call back at 21 weeks if not heard anything sent in additional information beginning of December and asked him to note that its there just not scanned in and could I be notified by text. Scan date 16/8

I've called today, lovely lady. Claims still sat waiting to be allocated to dm/cm, she said should be after Christmas period, early January latest. Said I can always call back the first week of January to.
Scan date 17.08 Xx

Just spoke to a lovely lady. Form received 25/08 and scanned 25/09 waiting to be allocated a DM but looking at another 3 weeks! She put note in system to update me via text. Logging off and enjoying Christmas, hope your babies get the decision they deserve

Scan date 4/10 I rang this morning they said looking till atlease middle to end of February for a decision

Renewal for my oldest his claim is up February hopeing to hear back for that 1 before it is up also by February

The wait is so long

Same thing 23/8 scan. lovely man answered the phone and told me its in a holding pile and should be with a dm end of December and I should hear the middle of January, im not ringing again now waiting it out if I get any updates in the mean time ill let yous know x

23/08 here. I’ve just not bothered calling at all because it’s so disheartening you’re told nothing is happening yet. I think I’ll probably wait it out until the end and wait for a letter to arrive. Every time the post arrives or I get a text I’m always full of nervous hope! x

I have extra evidence im debating sending off as a lot more has happened since August but if my lg has to have an m. r. I don't know if to keep it for that, can't figure out whats best to do.

If it helps anyone I saw a post on Facebook and a woman had phoned at 9am last week and was told her claim wasn't even on a desk and was going to be another few weeks and 3hours later the same day she had a text that a decision had been made. I'm pretty sure the call handlers are making it up as they go along 😂

I managed to call and get through on my way to work, on hold 46mins. My daughter was awarded yesterday. Scan date 15.08 awarded from 16.08 until the day before her 16th birthday.
