Rang today to find out we were awarded yesterday 8/11
Such a relief 😁

Congratulations everyone who has been awarded 🥳 We’re 12/07. Is it 5pm they close? Just trying to work out if it’s worth ringing now for an update or if they’ll just cut me off when they close?

@Pumpkins3 from what I've seen on other posts you can stay on hold till 5:30pm but if no one answers by then it cuts you off automatically.

I called today and I was on hold for 2 hours, a lovely lady answered, my scan date is 13/07 and she said It should be done by the end of next week 🤞

Just an update for coc. Called this afternoon was awarded this morning scan date 17/5 25 weeks total wait xx

@Pumpkins3 no worries , I hate it when it does that 🤣 did it to me over and over again a few days ago. They are a nightmare to get hold of on the phone!

It’s so frustrating isn’t it 🙈 I know it’s been said a thousand times but why can’t they sort a system that you can log onto and check your progress. Would save soooo many phone calls!

What's the 'scan date' the date they sent to you to start the process or the date they received it back from you?

@Pumpkins3 it really is frustrating yes! And I know I really think they should! Would definitely free up the phone lines and also help with anxiety with the really long waits too!

@FloofCloud have you received a letter from them confirming they have received your forms? If you have it's the date where it says 'we received these on'. If you haven't you will need to call them and ask them the date. I know not everyone receives the letter ( I got mine about 2.5 weeks after I sent the form).

I was on hold for 1 hour 45 minutes ( I just kept the call running during the school run as I knew I’d be home again before they answered)… totally worth it as he was awarded yesterday (no text btw) LRM MRC! Backdated from 25th May!

I’m so relieved. Scan date was 6/7 so if you’re around there I’d definitely call.

Hi, is there another address other than the Freepost one that you can send the original application form to? Can it be sent to the centre 4 site B one in Wolverhampton?

Tried today at Post Office to send form by special delivery to the Freepost address, but apparently because it didn't have a postcode, it wouldn't go through the system.
