Nanny working on our holiday

We are taking our nanny with us next holiday, just wondering how should I pay her?
We are going to be away for 10 days, (2 days travel, 6 days holiday, 2 days travel)
The 6 days she will be working normal hours, but do I pay her full wages for the travel days?

I'd say full salary for all the days and probably a supplement - maybe 25-50% on top because she is away with you and so foregoing her own free time.

@LuckyLou7 oh you would be surprised at the pure selfishness of some employers. Sadly as an experienced nanny I can tell you this attitude is pretty normal in the nanny world.

You pay her normal salary for the time she is with you.
Time it from leaving your or her house, wherever she usually lives until she is at home again.
A bonus would be nice as she is away from home and will probably have to buy things suitable for the holiday.
