Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

oh yeah, one thing she mentioned, but ddnt 'suggest' as she would have had to log, was that i make my policies folder a little more compact so parents can get a easy to read copy!..she said shes never had to ask that question before and its a very good thing but wasnt surpridsed when i said one parent has had copy for 2 months now

Congratulations!! Well done you - it's not as scary as you think is it? It was a lot better than I had expected it to be - but the unknown is awful.

Anyway, WELL DONE and many congrats

saltire · 13/04/2007 13:04

Did I read that correctly - you only get OFSTED inspections 3 yearly?

Well done BTW pinkchick, you can relax now it's over

crace · 13/04/2007 13:07

It can be up to 3 years yes, less obviously if you have a complaint or a change to your home..

It seems like a lot though doesn't it? I think yearly is more appropriate.

saltire · 13/04/2007 13:15

I get them yearly with the Care Commission, and that, AFAIK is the norm across Scotland - unless of course I'm just a really cr*p childminder and they haven't told me

PinkChick · 13/04/2007 13:19

LOl, i dont think so chick!, its different in scotland and wales and tbh although a 2 1/2 hour session with them is no use to two kids wanting to get outised i agree they should be sooner if there are comcerns or compaints

thanks everyone..im just a big ball of stress for things like this..best thing was..mindee ket saying to me "i love you joe"..had to tell inspector i hadnt paid her to say it
