I mean get it ready because you may not make it out the house
When I worked on the ambulance I lost count how many babies I attended having been born in the hall way by the front door.
Be prepared thats all I'm saying.

princess, do not worry, you are coping just fine without pain relief now. you know that every labour is different

Sounds like labour to me, hope it's going well or is already over!

well not quite as quick as some of the stories here - but with DS3 I was 2 1/2cm at 1.30 and he was born at 4.17. I was still convinced I wasn't actually in labour (although I was having very strong contractions which I had to breath through but "no I wasn't in labour" )

dd is now 8 months and already very talented at wrapping the entire family (especially her big brothers) around her little fingers!

I didn't have any pain relief with dd as there was no time, it was over so quickly though that I coped fine despite being sure I couldn't. Felt right as rain as soon as I had her in my arms.

I too am daftly excited for you Princessmel. Will be logging on first thing tomorrow to get an update. Good luck!
