Baby is moving loads and sometimes the pressure feels so strong that I can imagine the baby falling out!!!

Am having tightenings too. Prob just bh though.

Dh just gone to inlaws with dc's for a family get together. I couldn't face it. The getting ready and smalltalk...

I reeeeaaallly dont want to go in unless its for real! I was only there on thursday. And the bh/cx are not regular right now.

Bag is packed and dh home in 10 minutes, my sister or parents can be here in 15 mins if I need them to babysit.

I just dont believe it's labour but there are a few signs aren't there??? I'm on the ball bouncing now.

Spiky things are odd!

with all the kindness in the world, princessmel, i think you're the only one who's confused.

everyone else reckons that you're experiencing labour pains...

FABIsInTraining · 10/10/2009 20:12

I WAS TOLD AT 6PM ON THE sAT THAT I wouldn't have my baby by MOnday.

She was born at 9.25pm on that same Saturday

Habbibu · 10/10/2009 20:13

My waters trickled at 2:20am last week - was 3cm when I got to the hosp at 7:30, and DS was born at 9:40...

princessmel · 10/10/2009 20:20

I hear you all but the bh have stopped for a while.

I feel ok. dh is here.

I will go in if they come back and hurt or are regular, or if my waters break. Or if the baby comes out!!

[excited] Princessmel

this happened with me with no 3, and I was only in hosp 1 hour, delivery suite 20mins when dd2 appeared it was very quick

although I was 3cm dilated 5 days before she made her appearance

GOOD LUCK

Lulumama · 10/10/2009 20:28

if your waters go, your baby might come out with them

UndeadLentil · 10/10/2009 20:34

I had this pressure in the last week or two before a very long labour. It was partly my cervix getting ready and partly (the shame) a varicose vein type thing going on with my labia.

Excruciating and embarassing. What helped was one of those coolpack 'mr men' things you can use on small children when they bang their heads. In a sock, in my pants.

Hope this helps as they say, and every best wish for the birth.

AitchTwoToTangOh · 10/10/2009 21:09

was it mr happy?

MrsHappy · 10/10/2009 21:15

UndeadLentil · 10/10/2009 21:47

princessmel · 10/10/2009 21:51
