While I am waiting for my HB I thought I would write this thread for all those other first timers who are planning HB's. I am a first timer and I have no idea whats going to happen or whether it will result in a successful HB but I thought this could be useful to others in my position...

Just found this thread - wonderful to read...planning my HB for December (due 28th). Hope everything is going well! Can't wait for an update. Also lovely to hear all of you with positive HB experiences...was feeling a bit nervous!

Oh this brings back memories. 18 months ago to the day I was posting during a planned home waterbirth. DH posted for a while as I couldn't and then... I disappeared for 2 days. Please don't do that to us.

Bugger - missed the coffee and bagels whilst on school run. Put the kettle on someone, we've got some quality waiting to do x

I've been checking this thread each time my little ds wakes up to feed through the night... can't wait to hear the news I hope you're snuggled up with LO right now!

Pixie - the kettle's just boiled - tea or coffee? And there are crumpets in the toaster too - so I'm going to go butter them now - will check back later!

Was hoping to wake up to a birth announcement - I hope its all going ok x
