Clitoral piercings

There have been other threads about how much preparation needs to be done 'down below' with regard to hair removal/tidying up etc. The answer of course is none except for personal preference

I would like to draw attention to the above topic thread. After once again having to fiddle about removing a clitoral ring last night prior to delivery, I thought I would highlight it here. There is a risk of tearing during childbirth which can be made worse where there is a metal object! Although no-one can make women remove them it is something to think about.

Anyone had any experiences? Did you leave it in or take it out?

It's the lovely way you say 'fiddle about'...

Spook, you don't want to know. You just don't. Well, obviously you do, but I'm not going to tell you.

I am never going to take my knees apart again. For ANYTHING.

Vomit!

That beats my unkepmt garden hands down

Mommy2Ro · 02/11/2004 12:40

This string cracks me up. Needed that today.

Had a friend in college who went piercing wild and showed me her piercing on the inner labia (we were in a crowded bar and jammed into a toilet together. And whoosh, there it was...) Not a big deal, but wouldn't want one myself....

On that note, my DS is just nearly one. How do mommies keep "their gardens" tidy with a mobile little one on their hands??

spook -
The Prince Albert ring goes down the urethra and comes out behind the Glans on the underside of the Penis (near where the Glans join the shaft). It is also done off to one side of the centre web of skin. Some people have had two Prince Albert piercings, but this may cause pinching of the skin between the piercings during sex, if both rings are left in place during sex.

History behind the Prince Albert Piercing

The Prince Albert Piercing , also known in the Victorian days as a "Dressing Ring", was apparently designed to strap the penis tightly against the leg to minimize the bulge caused by the penis when wearing the very tight trousers which were fashionable at that time. As the rumor goes, Prince Albert wore one of these "Dressing Rings" to hold back his foreskin so to keep his member sweet-smelling so as not to offend the Queen.

gross

Shock Shock Shock

Mommy2Ro · 02/11/2004 13:45

Why didn't he just wash instead of piercing? (sorry feeling cynical)

spook · 02/11/2004 13:49

OK-so the glands are what a laymen would refer to as a bell-end right (I just LOVE that expression and am thrilled to have got it in a post) But what is the urethra??? I thought she sang R.E.S.P.E.C.T.

sunchowder · 02/11/2004 13:54

I really learn alot on this site! Mears you are wonderful for fiddling with that--I don't believe I could have!

zephyrcat · 02/11/2004 13:55

Hiya spook how ya doing? What a pleasant thread to bump into you on!! The urethra is the tube that runs from the hole at the top - basically where they pee from lol It's all very attractive!! (or not!!)

turquoise · 02/11/2004 13:57

lol spook

emmatmg · 02/11/2004 13:57

small children hovering around me so can't search. Can someone do a quick biology lesson for me.

Please us the proper words, like spook's 'bell end' as it'll go staright over my head otherwise.

The banjo string is where exactly?

Glans? makes it sound like a fish......oh no.....they have gills don't they.....

Please explain.
P.s I know someone with her Laa-laa peirced.

spook · 02/11/2004 13:59

Hi zephyrcat!! So this thing goes DOWN the tube????? I cannot comprehend the thought behind that. Piercings just do not float my boat in any way shape or form. What happens at the airport.Do they say empty your genitals and your pockets????

spook · 02/11/2004 14:01

OH OH this thread is REALLY cheering me up. I'm going to say it again....BELL END

turquoise · 02/11/2004 14:01

Christina Aguilera has 2 piercings through her clitoris (alledgedly) .

emmatmg · 02/11/2004 14:04

I read that soemwhere too turqoise. Apparently it have 2 in it, it has to be a quite large love button!!!!!!!

I couldn't think of anything worse that sitting in a tattoo/piecers chair with my legs akimbo and him/her coming at me with a piercing gun!

Northerner · 02/11/2004 14:05

pmsl at this thread

spook · 02/11/2004 14:05

Good God.It must be as big as a cushion.

spook · 02/11/2004 14:06

Someone please convince me that I have more important things to do today than post on this thread and chuckle at bell end (3) all afternoon.

zephyrcat · 02/11/2004 14:07

ok emmatmg - ready for this?! The 'banjo-string' is the tight bit of skin that attatches the foreskin to the head/bell-end (lol spook). Some guys put a bar underneath that bit of skin going across-ways if that makes sense?!
Yes spook believe it or not it goes down the tube and then comes out just underneath the bottom of the bell-end (lol makes me laugh every time!!)
I'm starting to wonder - do i know too much about this????!!!

spook · 02/11/2004 14:11

But how do they wee??? Does it not back up and then go rusty?? A rusty bell won't ring.

zephyrcat · 02/11/2004 14:13

LMAO oh this is too much fun - have got ds to sleep and sent dd for a nap!! I'm not sure of the wee-ing technicalities - but i do know that once they take it out they have to put their finger over the extra hole to stop the wee coming out the wrong hole lol

emmatmg · 02/11/2004 14:13

Zephycat!!!!!!!!!

After reading that post, with legs crossed I have said F**k off several times in disbelief.

Through the hole..........through the banjo..........Fucking hell these people must be absolutely mad.

I can have one more question.........WHY?

jude2105 · 02/11/2004 14:14

PMSL !! Be fair! I'm on a conf call and can't stop laughing - will have to stop combining lurking with work!

MummyToSteven · 02/11/2004 14:14

my burning question on this is:- do people use a local anaesthetic cream before having these piercings? shudder at the thought of the pain of having this done!

bundle · 02/11/2004 14:15

spook, love a rusty bell won't ring..i won't be able to get that out of my head for DAYS
