IMHO even better than the Monty.

I also saw a Bear Lake and girls, it was luuuuurrrvvveee at first sight. I know canvas tents are a PITA, but this baby rocks. The most beautiful canvas tent I have ever laid eyes on.

I almost wept in leaving without it. I still hear it calling 'Buy me, buy me!'

I thought that the backs slope quite quickly. Am I wrong

If so I would rethink them as an option.

it is lovely, a bit like our wynnster corvus 6 which is just right for 4 of us, but I wouldn't want 6 in it!

Thanks Giraffeski - enjoy your tent! I haven't seen the hartford on sale recently, we bought ours at the beginning of last year and had 3 fab trips in it. First outing this year is next BHol. I'm a shortarse, so not too bothered about the curve of the pods, and I get to sleep on the door side anyway!

MB, we considered a vis a vis too, but as you say there weren't many choices.

still not convinced by the Cobb, we already have the massive party grill (18 inch diameter grill p[late LOL), he bought a two burner stove today on Ebat (tenner from Cardiff collect- bargain) and we've lent Mum, but have access to the standard party grill we used last year.

Now he wants the bleedin cobb!

Norfolk has 3 beds though which is cool and you could prob. handg an extra inner insie for the fourth pod, actually.
