100 days till mid-aug weight loss!

Right I’m being accountable! Tomorrow morning is 100 days till I go on holiday (mid aug). I’m going to weight myself and record it here for accountability.

Online suggest 1-2stone is doable in 100 days.

I'll join in, im hoping to get down to 83kg (hoping to have a tummy tuck and surgeon has agreed for that weight, less if possible of course)

Starting weight was 95.8kg on April 21st and last friday I weighed in at 91.8 kg.

I am calorie counting, and having quite a few ready meals topped up with either salad or veg. Managing to stick to around 1000 a day, but allowing up to 1200 if I need to.

I'm on quetiapine for mental health problems and have put on over 6 stone since being on it.

I’m 14st 1lb today so 4lb down - 1st 11lb since January! (1 1st 8lb has been in the last 4 weeks). Cannot wait to get into the 13s, haven’t been there since 2019!!
I feel exhausted today though and I’ve only done 3000 steps and I’ve had my calories for the day already. Going to try to get on the treadmill for a little bit later, I did want to go to the gym but it makes me so nervous. I do classes but actually going in the gym gym is another kettle of fish!

1000 calories a day is really low @BusyCaz, have you spoken to anyone about it?

@Pinkea Wow well done on that amount in 4 weeks 😍

My maintenance calories a day is only 1782, so for me to lose about 2lb a week my calories have to be quite low.

I wouldn't normally want to lose so quick, but im hoping for the surgery mid august ish as have a weekend break near the end of October and I would ideally like to be over the worst recovery. (Also away for a week the end of July so want to give myself leeway for then).

I did a week at a bootcamp my first week in Northumberland where I lost 11lb so that was my big boost! It was hard work but well worth it as I haven’t felt this fit in a long time. They advised 1850 calories per day but I’ve been having 1600-1700 since, but feeling bad I’m not following their advice. 1850 seems too many though 🤣 1000 would just leave me hungry constantly, how are you dealing with that or are you ok?
I did a 10km run/walk yesterday and have just felt drained all day today so I’ve not really exercised. Trying to tell myself a rest day is ok. Nearly done 8000 steps so might walk round my house to make 10000!

I broke my ankle on boxing day so exercise for a few months was out the question, now taking my dog on a 30 min walk every other day (hubby does the other days atm) but will start doing it daily very soon.

I've tended to have a small breakfast around lunchtime, as I don't feel hungry that early, maybe an apple or orange in between then have dinner around 6-7pm.

I like to save 200-300 calories for an evening snack as that is my worst time for picking.

Sometimes im bloody starving, and it's not easy.

You sound far more active than me so you would need more calories as a baseline i guess.

@BusyCaz thats amazing, any loss is a bonus in my book! Someone once said to me if you feel hungry down a glass of water first, if you’re still hungry then have a snack. Most of the time in thirsty not hungry.

@may23 that’s an epic loss and deserved on low carbs!

@Pinkea that’s still a great amount of steps, on my off days I struggle to get to 4/5k steps

Had some of those Barenaked noodles last night, not very tasty and an odd texture, has anyone else had these ultra low cal foods?

Missing my usual meals, but now see how many calories I must have been getting through each day 😮

I’m 13st 12.5lb so 2.5lb off this week, bit disappointed but I know I shouldn’t be really! I’m eating 1600-1700 calories a day and exercising daily whether it be a 5km run or exercise class. In fact today I did body combat, body pump and then went for a 3.5 walk!
Hoping my body is getting stronger and leaner as well as dropping the fat. I have notified a difference and I’m half a pound away from 2st so will keep on.
I can’t eat foods I don’t like, I’m loving the myprotein ready meals from Iceland at the moment. Not low in cals but high in protein.

What are your usual meals? Could you adapt them. I still have sandwich/crisps etc just Wholemeal, no cheese, low cal crisps

Hi all, please can I join you?!

I'm going on holiday at the start of August and would like to lose a stone before then, if possible. I'm 40 and although usually wear size 10 clothes, I struggle with my belly area and have put on around a stone over the past year.

I started fasting between 6pm - 12pm about 6 weeks ago, along with cutting down on food intake and have now lost 10lbs.

I weighed 10st 12 on 16th May and am down to 10st 2 now. Ideally want to be around 9st.

Those noodles are revolting, they're made of Konjak and it's just the most off putting texture.

I tried a few different spaghetti/noodle/rice replacements like spiralised courgette, cauliflower rice and decided that they are nothing like what they are trying to be so I was better just making a proper substitution. Now if I want bolognaise for example, I forget about pasta and just have a nice big heap of roasted green beans or sugarsnap peas and asparagus that's been lightly steamed or fried with some spray light oil. It's not trying to be pasta but it is delicious.

My start weight was 14st9lb on 13/03/23
My weight as of today is 13st2lb.

I'd love to down to 11st in 100 days. Do you think this is doable? I'm newly single after 27 years in a relationship and thought, well I'm not getting any younger so really threw myself into being more healthy and exercising more (someone who never did a days exercise 😅)
I swim 3 times a week, go indoor rock climbing, walk my dog more and eat loads of fruit, veg amd lean meats.
I feel great now but just need to shift that bit more weight.

I’ve not weighed myself, I’ve not been awful but not been bad either. I need a kick up the bottom to get the weight moving…84 days to go which means we are 16% done on the 100 day count down ekkkkk!

Can I join please? I've just started 16:8 fasting. I'm going on holiday 3 August and want to lose as much as poss. I'm 158.2lb and want to be 135lb! No idea if this is possible but going to try. Although I've failed today- had some biscuits at 9. Meal out tomorrow but hoping to try again Wednesday!
