Mfp buddies needed

Hi all

So today I downloaded mpf & well I need ur help & loads of buddies on there. So please add me if u use it. I'm going to logging my daily intakes. Goal is to stay under 1600 cals which I can manage. My TDEE is 2119 (someone kindly worked it out for me on the 5:2 thread). I'm trying to follow the 5:2 although have been falling of the wagon so to speak. Hoping MFP logging will help with this.

Hello all of you who've added me! :) I came back from holiday last week and have had 2 jet lagged dc, and its been a slow start on the diet front... Hoping to get back on the mfp wagon again! Nice to see so many new faces. And if you're feeling up to a little extra scrutiny, remember you can make your diary public- I'm sure it'll provide the rest of us with lots of inspiring meals too! :)

I am back on mfp seriously too. I lost 2st in 2013 through this but Nov and Dec were so full of birthdays and Christmas and parties that I put on 8lbs. I have committed to a 40km bike ride for Macmillan in June so thats my motivation for fitness this year.

I would love to add you all on mfp so we can be supportive - I found that has made a huge difference. I am panda101paws on there Smile

I've tried and failed to do mfp without having any friends. I need the almost judgey element of other people seeing what I'm eating/how often I'm exercising. My DP and family are supportive but I'm a mess and will totally lie about what I've been eating if nobody watches me 24/7 Blush I've made a new acct so I can have a fresh start and a proper go at it this time- I'm hellooctober01 on there same as on here if anyone wants to help me stay on track

Sorry been neglecting the thread a bit not been very well but I'm so happy to see sooooo many of us have joined forces on MFP!!! As they say the more the merrier Grin

I've been really strict on myself And have been logging everything I eat no matter how small a bite! By doing this I have managed to loose just over a stone in 3 months. If I can do it anyone can :)

I have done mfp for a week and its going ok but I need to up my excerce so im walking the kids to school this week. My dh is trying to put weight on so im eating salad and watching him and the kids eat pizza or doughnuts most nights so it really hard but I have so much weight to loss it now or never.

Im.feed up of being fat I want to go snowboarding with my kids and horse riding and wear nice clothes. Enough is enough, no more. Im going to be thin-er.

That's the spirit naked just keep it going. For me exercise is a no no I can only loose weight through diet & it works as I've managed to loose a stone in this way.

With exercise it'll b easier so u can do it :)

Looking to lose a stone, been heavier since dc3 2.5 years ago.
I had lost 4lb in two weeks but had a weekend away and really enjoyed wine and food but have gained 3lbs.
