Smutty I can so imagine you sulking on a fence!!!

WFH has 2 days left til due date!! it's not technically APRIL yet

If it's any consolation I am pouting too and DH and I aren't speaking!

BabyBolat · 24/03/2009 19:03

What happened trista?

tristaleejac · 24/03/2009 19:07

I'm so grumpy it's unreal. It's like I have PMS.
It's a mega long story and I think I'm making myself grumpy rather than breakdown in tears in front of DS.
Brother's ex is being absolutely disgusting. Not letting him see my neice. Making neice phone us all asking where her daddy is. Telling neice her daddy doesn't love her. She's 5 years old for god's sake.
Solicitors are involved.
Sorry cant handle typing much more right now. But that's the gist.

BoffinMum · 24/03/2009 19:12

Honestly some women take the biscuit when it comes to manipulation. Hope she sees sense soon, Trista.

SmuttyNuttyTaff · 24/03/2009 19:12

Whats up Beebs??

Trista - oooooooohhhhhhh what a manipulative bitch!!! FFS you dont do that to a kid, whatever issues you have with each other, thats awful!! feel free to stomp and roar!! ((hugs))

Sorry had to stop to get kiddies out the bath and into bed - RL can be such a bind

DD now moaning about wanting another wee-wee....her current ploy to get me back into the bedroom and I'm going to ignor her !!

Lulu - I was a few days early with DS and a few days late with DD so no consistancy there. Apparently it's because they have changed the way they organise all their antenatal clinics at the hospital and the system just automatically bumped me into the following week......I thought leaving my nxt appt to 39+3 was bad enough TBH. Anyway, I've managed to get them back to that date so at least it's before my due date.

I also saw the midwife today and she's given me a swab to take my own "low vaginal" sample for Group B strep - anyone else had that, apparently it's what they do around here, and if there is a +ve they then call you in for a high viginal swab up at the day assessment clinic. Seems a bit odd them taking a home-made approach, very trusting you'll get it from the right place

MW isn't at all sure baby is head down - bummer as they are very anti-breech here anyway, and my lot have had heads on the biggish side as well, so would mean another c-section . I was a bit dissapointed she didn't send me for a scan today but she said she will next week if she's still unsure.

SpringySunshine · 24/03/2009 19:15

Aww, thanks for stealing her wand - even if you did give it back It's the thought that counts

Trista, that's horrible How awful xx

& BB, tell him to get a grip - you're going with the Turkish thing because of him, so he should make some compromise too.

tristaleejac · 24/03/2009 19:17

thanks
boff - unfortunately she's always been like this. Since me neice was born.
It tears me apart seeing/hearing some of the nasty things she has said/written to my brother. Sickens me how people can treat their own children that way.

BoffinMum · 24/03/2009 19:18

Just had a phone call about the holiday club at school, asking me to return some paperwork.

Reasonable enough, except I realised it was arsehole man who made me limp around for a seat the other Friday. He is obviously on the committee.

Can't decide whether to flounce off and use another holiday club (there is one two miles in the opposite direction we have used before) or whether just to ignore the fact he is connected with it.

Hate that school, I really do. Full of tosspots.

This thread was only started yesterday and now we are in danger of needing a new one this evening .

BB - "My problem is our house is genuinely pretty tidy". I wish I had your problem.
I love Evren. I like E names too.

Bronze - Poor DS. I wish him a speedy recovery.

Ju - I'm delighted you have a satisfactorily lumpy baby.
Pot Noodle "The slag of all snacks" . I loved that campaign, I can't believe it had to be pulled.

Springy - That "How to clean.." website is ace. Thanks.

Kali - DH and DD are always on my ball. I don't get to use it when they are around.

Lulu - I hope you surname isn't Perrin or Kray.

Kitty - About your BP: ditto what Boff said.

Swaliswan - I echo everything you said about having had enough of pregnancy. I miss being active with my daughter, I got wedged in the bath again today, i'm on the loo 24/7, I miss my sex life desperately, and my boobs are just so fugly I could weep.

On the emotive subject of names: I have two older sisters. One is the most gorgeous sweetheart in the world and I adore her, the other is somewhat different shall we say. The birth of lovely sister's son coincided with other sister buying a Staffordshire Bull Terrier (and yes it definitely suited her IYKWIM). A week after my nephew was born and named, other sister announces her dog's name. It's the same friggin name. How nasty is that?

Hi Mumble, was wondering where you were.

Right, must go sort DD out. Back later.

mumblemumhome4lunch · 24/03/2009 19:18

Trista - that is just sooo unbelievably awful and make me sooo when you hear of that sort of thing. No kid deserves to be put through that sort of thing.

Makes you think there should be some sort of testing for being able to bring kids into the world/raise kids!
