Sarah - my plan is to say no visitors for two weeks, as the general consensus seems to be that you don't want loads of people turning up in the early days. Then, I will be reasonably pleased if we can get away with at least one week of not being descended on by the ILs. I really think they are going to be hard to keep at bay. My own parents are easy as they are 4 hours drive away, and will have to take proper leave from work to come visiting, rather then just popping over.
Nutty - hurrah for excellent pain relief arrangements ! Epidurals do sound rather lovely. My initial plan, before I went all homebirths and reusable nappies, was to get someone at work to site an epidural catheter before I left to go on mat leave, steal an epidural bag from work and carry it around with me always, ready at a moment's notice! . Then something happened, and now I appear to be relying on a paddling pool and positive thinking for analgesia - it's really not very me - pregnancy changes a girl
Kitty - Mmmmmmm, Rocky Road.
Nutty - I vote for 'We had sex in July' though possibly worded to make it clear that we did not all have sex with each other in July.
Bleu - I intend to put Shepherd's Pie in little trays to freeze before baking. Don't know if this is right though. Also, re: perineal massage - find it stings to much to be stimulating!!
Nutty - Snigger......ride on....
Can you still get proper Tonka Toys? Tonka Diggers were good when I were a lass.
Schulte - It's a bit late, but I feel it is important you do have another slice of cheesecake. I just sense it.
Ah, I see you did
This catch up business takes forever!!
