Kooky - long time no hear, how are you doing?

Kay has replied, her DS is with her Dad, she's still in pain but trying to do things to ease it...

i told her i found repeating a small movement (wriggling hips round or back and forth, and standing at the bottom of the stairs and putting one foot up and down the first step) helped me concentrate on the movement and not so much on the pain so she's going to give it a go... if all else fails she's considering dancing to barry manilow... full of joy still!!

haha- i just sent a weitd sounding text at any other time but today....' find your birthing zone, once you channel into that you'll be able to concentrate and focus'- that would sound very very odd in any other curcumstance!!

Was almost worth missing this excitement! It's like a big party in here this morning all in Kay and baby Kay's honour!! Yay!!!

You're doing so well Kay - keep doing what you are doing! It is all so exciting. Makes me realise this is all real and it will be our turns before too long - eek! Lovely that you are doing it at home too in your own environment. Fingers crossed for a safe arrival before too long.
