Well, I hope a lot more of us can manage to have our babies in THIS thread, even if we will probably talk our way through it well before the end of the month!

Wow the babies are coming thick and fast now! I wonder if SK has her baby yet? It's all so exciting!!! All those boys, I can't quite believe it!

And Wow, Libra, 8cms with tea and paracetamol!!!! I'm shocked, ell done lady!

Well Bethany Anna Grace was born this morning at 4.25am after an hour and a half of labour. She weighed 8lbs 5ozs and is absolutely beautiful. Hard labour but she shot out at the end, I'm fine have a tear but no stitches, afterpains are hell though this is the first time DP has allowed me out of bed and downstairs to the PC. She has had a few wee feeds but is tired out bless her.

Am so happy and relieved

well its about damn time! well done SK quick and clean just like you wanted. So happy for you and what a beautiful day in Glasgow to be born. Can't wait to see her and we can get together for coffee in town for real!

Am hugely impressed by Libra - First time round I got to 8cm at home on TENS machine and ignorance (really: I knew it flippin' hurt, but I just wasn't sure whether I was really in labour... ), but to do that on nothing but tea and paracetemol: wow! And then after all that work a rather 'exciting' time!

SK well you said you did hard and fast! Glad you got away without stitches. Sympathy re the afterpains - I think it was you who warned me they were harder with subsequent births: I'm very glad you did so that I was forewarned! Also, thanks for your comforting words about Wilfie's feeding the night before, it was indeed a bit better last night, so I'm a bit more 'with it' today.

Disney & Purplejenny am actually booked for Glos but MW said it doesn't matter as I have a Stroud MW and that is where my antenatal checks have been. I basically can decide on the day. Have passed on to DH what you both said and he has relented and said I can 'start at Stroud'!!!! So nice to know he has the confidence that I will finish at Stroud!!! I know he is just worried about me, and is very VERY protective, but a little faith in me would be nice as I am not an overly confident person and definately lack faith in myself!!!

I'm now officially overdue from my dating scan although my LMP was 16/10/07 which puts me around the 22nd. Who knows when LO will decide to shift, not much room in there I can tell you.
