September 2020 babies?

EssJayyCee · 04/01/2020 21:32

I'd like to share my journey with some moms-to-be with a similar due date.

I think I'm due around 9th September 2020 but I've had no scans yet.

This will be my first baby after TTC for 17 months! With very irregular cycles. I was in the process of fertility appointments- my next one was to get medication to help so I feel very lucky!

I think I am around 4weeks+3 but I am taking a CB Digital in the morning to see what that says.

Looking forward to chatting to some of you lovely ladies!

@thistimeround ah, I'm about 45 minutes from Spalding. Oh bless you. Sorry for your loss.

I have had a large portion of chips from the local chip shop tonight and I feel so guilty for eating them. I wish I hadn't done it. I just feeling like I've pumped our baby with a load of crap 😦
does anyone else feel guilty after eating something unhealthy?

Having a mini celebration this morning as I got my 2-3 weeks on clear blue digits 🥳.

Sulkypatsy · 11/01/2020 09:46

Chanel05

That's brilliant! So happy for you!
I can't wait until I do my next digi, I'm hoping for 3+ next time but gonna leave it until at least Weds just in case. I don't know if I'll be able to stop testing, still addicted to POAS 😂

Chanel05 · 11/01/2020 14:14

@Sulkypatsy I've tested every day which is ridiculous I know. I need to put down the sticks ASAP but I love the thrill of seeing the two lines and they're looking nice and dark now 😂.

UrsulaSings · 11/01/2020 14:44

Hi ladies. I'm feeling really down today Sad I hope it's just the hormones... feel like being down and upset is going to hurt the baby. My oh has been quite up and down as he struggles with anxiety. I feel like I'm being really ungrateful as my bday is coming up and we're meant to be going out to a concert until 3am then getting home about 4am but I'm worried I will be too tired, especially as I wont be able to have caffeine to keep me awake. I'd really like to go but I'm not sure what to do.

Hope you're all alright today.

EssJayyCee · 11/01/2020 16:06

@UrsulaSings It probably is just hormones. You and your baby will be fine. Try and find a way to de-stress a little bit.

I know what you mean about the concert thing. I bought DP tickets to a concert for christmas which is at the end of january. I haven't yet hit pregnancy fatigue yet but I will be 8 weeks by then so I think I will struggle with tiredness as well.
I'm hoping I will be able to catch up on a bit of sleep the day before to try and charge myself up for it!

I am okay today, but I got a bit worried about these pains I keep getting when I stand up too quickly. Has anyone else experienced pain in the centre of the bottom of their tummy/top of pubic area when standing up quickly? I have read it could be Round ligament pain but I also read that happens later on in pregnancy and generally to one side so I'm not sure...

Is there anyone on here with little-no symptoms?!
I don't even feel pregnant and its rubbish!! I want a little bit of nausea or fatigue or something!!

Hi I found out I was pregnant on the 28th of December, and think I'm due on the 9th of September, I'm ever so nervous and scared, July 2019 I went for my 12 week scan and was told the baby heart had stopped..and miscarried 5 days later ...it killed me and my family... I was due 28th January 2020..😭😭 so this baby would be our rainbow baby,we are are so happy, and just want everything to be ok..with every ache and pain I worry..I'm scared to book midwife appointment wich I have no idea why:(..I do have 3 other children 13..12.and 11 .so a massive age gap..sorry for such a long message lol nikki

Stephi89 · 12/01/2020 08:14

So I just woke up and went to the loo and I noticed when I wiped the cervical mucus was a kind of pinky/ orangy/ brown colour (hard to describe). Is this normal?? We had sex yesterday, so I don't know if it's because of that?

Freaking a little. I'm 4+2 today so I know so much can still go wrong.

UrsulaSings · 12/01/2020 10:03

@EssJayyCee thank you for replying. I'm feeling a bit better today. I apologised to my oh for coming across ungrateful and said I was just genuinely worried but I expressed it in a shitty way and thanked him for organising it. Hes not been great the last few days with various things so I know his mood affects mine as well when he's down about stuff. Have you got a drs appointment? I would call them on mon and ask to see dr if you're concerned. I seem to be getting all sorts of aches and pains atm but none specific or very painful.

@Nikkilof congratulations and I hope you have a happy and healthy pregnancy. My last baby was due 9th Dec and this one is being dated from 7th Dec so feels like a rainbow baby to me too

@Stephi89 I think some spotting and discharge is normal early on. We've been having sex every day up until a few days ago and it's been fine. Speak to dr tomorrow if you're worried but I'm sure it's all fine.

Nikkilof · 12/01/2020 11:15

@EssJayyCee aww hun my fingers are crossed for you and hope you have a very healthy pregnancy to, these next few weeks are going to be torture lol..we are just a couple of days apart..I'll be 6 weeks wednesday xx

EssJayyCee · 12/01/2020 18:50

@Nikkilof I am 6 weeks on wednesday too!
We must be pretty much exactly the same due date?!

OP posts:
EssJayyCee · 12/01/2020 18:50

Have any of you experienced mild cramps a few hours after sex?

OP posts:
Mcgootwo · 12/01/2020 18:56

Done another test this morn to see if weeks have went up, and thankfully they have 🤞🏽 I'm 5wks +1 today

September 2020 babies?
EssJayyCee · 12/01/2020 20:04

@Mcgootwo Yay that's good news.
That's my plan for tomorrow with FMU I will be 5 weeks+5 then so hoping for a 3+

I did one last sunday at 4weeks+4 and only got a 1-2 weeks so I was a bit confused.. but hopefully my hormones have increased enough to show 3+ 😁

OP posts:
Mcgootwo · 12/01/2020 20:08

@EssJayyCee Aw yeah, hope u get the 3+ on ur next test..... I need to stop testing now, we would do anything for a little more sign that all is still progressing wouldn't we 🤭 the first trimester is so long 🤦🏽‍♀️

EssJayyCee · 12/01/2020 20:10

@Mcgootwo I know I have tested every day for two weeks now oops Blush

Definitely!
I still have no symptoms so it's even worse. I feel like I'm not even pregnant!

OP posts:
EssJayyCee · 13/01/2020 06:10

okay, so I am 5weeks+5 today and my clear blue weeks indicator test this morning is still saying 1-2 weeks just like it did last sunday

What is going on? Does anyone know if this is something to worry about?

OP posts:
UrsulaSings · 13/01/2020 09:23

@EssJayyCee I dont think it's anything to worry about because it is still saying you're pregnant. I dont know how accurate they are. Did you drink much water in the night or pee in the night? That could make the hcg levels lower perhaps. Do you have a drs appointment?

thistimeround · 13/01/2020 10:45

@EssJayyCee try not to get too wrapped up in the clear blue digital tests. The first time I got pregnant I was obsessed with seeing the week indicator move. Mine was stating 2-3weeks when I was 7 weeks pregnant. Unfortunately I had a couple of bleeds up to seven weeks and then I
Miscarried. When I went to the EPU they stated from the scan that baby had stopped growing at 5 weeks and ended up that the embroyo was re absorbed into my body. This is just my story though with them. There is loads of other woman who go one to have healthy babies. To clear your mind the midwife I saw at the EPU called the clear blue tests the Devil and stated that if you get a positive you are pregnant and not to worry as it's not healthy for you or bump! These tests should be banned as it's not healthy for your mind. Trust me put the THINGS down! If your worried ask for a HCG blood test which is more accurate that urine.

Hope this helps hun.

thistimeround · 13/01/2020 10:49

@Chanel05 congratulations on the fantastic news!

thistimeround · 13/01/2020 10:51

@B0220s congratulations. I hope your bean sticks this time. I miscarried last September and hoping my little bean is sticking. At present I'm only 4 weeks 3days and due around 18th September. Hoping all goes well this time.

Nikkilof · 13/01/2020 17:39

@EssJayyCee yay a due day buddy lol..the clear blue test are addictive maybe do one wednesday and see ,if not I would maybe ask for you're hcg levels to be checked, try not to worry but as you're 6 weeks Wednesday and it could change x

EssJayyCee · 13/01/2020 19:34

I have decided to try not to worry about the clear blue test. I'm going to see how things go this next week. And then next Thursday 23rd I have my midwife appointment so will maybe ask her what it could mean.

I just have a really bad feeling I'm going to lose this baby. I have no symptoms other than tender boobs. internet cheapies got darker two weeks after my first BFP but the clear blue hasn't changed.

I had the smallest streak of blood in my CM this afternoon... like so so small. No pains. I am wondering if sex yesterday has irritated things in there causing the teeniest bit of blood?

OP posts:
UrsulaSings · 13/01/2020 21:29

I guess worrying unfortunately doesnt change anything. I was really worrying a week ago after reading loads of stories on here but all it could possibly do is make things worse.

I made my booking appointment with the midwife today as I had to wait to be registered at the drs. It's on the 4th Feb as she only see's people after 8 weeks. So long to wait!!

EssJayyCee · 13/01/2020 21:49

@UrsulaSings I was surprised my booking appointment is so early to be honest. I will only be 7weeks+1 when I see mine.

I self referred using an online form and it asks you to put your LMP in.. which isn't accurate for my conception date as I have log and irregular cycles. But I think to her I will be 8weeks+1

I wish there was some quick easy way to verify a pregnancy before the 12 week scan!
