Congratulations @Uterus! Pleased your scan went well.

@Sooz hope today is a little easier for you, I remember my EDD from my first MC, I was at work and it was terrible. I just cried.

FuckMyUterus · 28/06/2018 12:10

I may need to shuffle off the thread at some point after my 12 week scan ladies as my due date is 31st January now.

FuckMyUterus · 28/06/2018 12:12

Nevermind this isn't the Due January 2019 thread 😂

SoozC · 28/06/2018 12:38

Thanks, guys, I feel a little better today. 3 weeks until the end of term! Can't wait. I'm knackered today due to not sleeping properly last night. Bleurgh.

LookingAtTheStars89 · 28/06/2018 13:52

@FuckMyUterus. Sorry I'm a not late in! I've been snoozing for the last few hours. Congrats! X

Si1ver · 28/06/2018 14:12

@LimpLettice have you tried the seedlip 0% alcohol spirit? It's not gin, but it's not awful.

LimpLettice · 28/06/2018 15:35

The Seedlip is quite nice, if a bit expensive. Not too fussed, but I miss my wine with dinner. All no alcohol wine is vile, no exceptions. I thought the gordons worth a go at least :)

WonkyDonk87 · 28/06/2018 16:27

Alcohol free wines = bleurgh! However alcohol free fizz is occasionally quite tolerable. I shall be having some this eve Grin

SoozC · 28/06/2018 17:18

There's apparently alcohol-free Guinness. I am going to locate some this weekend.

SoozC · 29/06/2018 17:25

Stop press! We had sex! First time since we found out, was always too nervous but haven't spotted in about 7 weeks so tentatively tried it gently and have not spotted since! DH is a happy bunny and now I've just started the second trimester I am feeling much more up for it! Grin

WonkyDonk87 · 29/06/2018 19:50

Hurrah for Sooz and MrSooz!!! *

We're sharing a chalet with my mum - def no shagging this week!

SoozC · 29/06/2018 21:01

That's a definite downer, Wonky! Where's your chalet?

WonkyDonk87 · 29/06/2018 22:55

We're in a holiday park in Cornwall - cheap, cheerful and access to a gorgeous beach. Heading home tomorrow and back to work Monday (boo!). Need to discretely slip out on my first day back to attend my booking appointment Grin

LimpLettice · 30/06/2018 06:56

Sounds lovely Wonky!

Go Sooz Grin

My mojo is dead. We've barely bothered. I was too nervous to start with, and now I'm just meh. I was hoping it'd be back by now, I'm missing it, but I just can't muster the enthusiasm. Poor newlywed DH. Must try harder haha.

RhiBee29 · 30/06/2018 07:35

I think we've done it twice since getting pregnant and I'm 23wks tomorrow. Absolutely no interest. We're on holiday next week and I'm sure DH is getting his hopes up 🙈

Si1ver · 30/06/2018 08:33

We've managed a couple of shags, but I'm still on the progesterone pessaries and they're so messy and sticky. They make me feel vile and not at all sexy.

SoozC · 30/06/2018 08:53

It's only hitting second trimester I've felt up for it, Si1ver. Up 'til then I really was not interested.

I have a weekend with nothing planned. Must get out of bed soon although I'm not sure why but it's sooo comfy!

LimpLettice · 30/06/2018 09:18

Make the most of Saturday's in bed Sooz. Seriously. You'll lament every missed opportunity soon enough. I'm awaiting a bacon and mushroom sarnie in bed, I've 45 mins till DD is Home from her dads and it's all stations go for a gymnastics event. Been awake since before 6, but it's too nice in here to get up Smile and I don't want to upset the cat!

SoozC · 30/06/2018 09:59

Ahh, is that your bump, Limp?! Looking good! Mine is small atm and trends to be harder and softer at different times of the day, not sure why.

LimpLettice · 30/06/2018 10:07

It is. Same though. It's big, but usually smaller and soft in the morning and huge and heavy by mid afternoon. Muscles loosen with the weight during the day. I also think he shifts about a bit and that makes a difference.

Si1ver · 30/06/2018 11:22

I know exactly what you mean Sooz I'm finding it hard to be in the mood at the moment.

Lovely bump Limp.

I'm turning my best friend's curtains into Roman blinds this weekend. We've been talking about it for a while and decided to crack on while I could still crawl about the floor. She came home from taking her boy swimming to find that I'd taken them down and ripped them to pieces. 😂

DoAsDreamersDo · 30/06/2018 14:22

I had a lovely alcohol free kopparberg strawberry and lime in a Wetherspoons yesterday. Tasted just like the ‘normal’ one and was only £2.50! I had to double check with DH that he’d seen them pour it from the right bottle!

DoAsDreamersDo · 30/06/2018 14:23

My mojo is a bit hit and miss at the moment. It’s more miss than hit in this weather though 😊

SoozC · 01/07/2018 17:28

Feeling so worried today. Tummy feels soft today, I just feel like baby isn't in there. Someone to talk me down, please?

LimpLettice · 01/07/2018 17:36

Don't panic Sooz. It's totally normally especially this early, mine is ginormous but changes every day. And, trite and small comfort, but whatever happens baby doesn't teleport. S/he is still there hon.

We all do it. My bump is still growing but I'm still panicking about less movement when it's so unreliable this early. It's normal but don't let anxiety rule you.
