I really struggle with big/normal sized meals, they make me feel like i'm going to explode, so have to eat little and often, so prob just random nibbles for me

@ifeellikechickentonight I'm not eating a lot of crap but I am eating a lot! Last night I got home starving hungry and had a small bowl of pasta before making salmon and potatoes for dinner. Did have a smaller portion than normal to try and make up for it but just couldn't resist the pasta. I bought so so much fruit at the weekend to try and make myself eat something healthy as well as loads of carbs!

I told DH that it was his favourite chicken dish for dinner with sweet potato fries but I now fancy a jacket potato with beans and cheese! Hoping he will forgive me if I plead pregnancy cravings as an excuse!

Have been rubbish at keeping up as have been so busy!! Just read back a few pages and see a few of us have scans Friday....exciting!!
Am so shattered, it's no where near as easy being pregnant with a toddler to entertain than being pregnant and working full time, at least at work I could go hide in the loo for peace!

Had my scan yesterday, due date is now 31/12 but hoping I can stick with you guys as will most likely go over with being my first! All healthy and baby was chewing the cord happily lol

Has anyone had a Chinese since being pregnant? I've read so many bad things about chineses but really fancying a chicken curry!

Victoria I've had egg fried rice and been fine after.
I've got constipation and it's been giving me such a headache all afternoon 😫
Had my booking in apt yesterday and all went well/nothing unusual.

I've had a few Chinese teas lol sweet and sour or Bbq ribs, rice and chips and been fine after xx

I have Chinese once a week as my post weightwatchers treat. The weightwatchers isn't going to last much longer but I'm just trying to maintain my weight before 12 weeks, then I'll be stopping.
