Sneezing is my problem, more comfortable in more ways than one in the spare room if you know what I mean

Sexonslightlypuffylegs · 13/03/2007 21:50

Hello. Dh came home and promptly took over the laptop, so a quick post before bed - late for me - dirty stop-out that I am!

Hi Ange!

Emmy, glad things are better with you and dh.

MIABT, cannot believe how much your vet bill was. Mind you, I couldn't be without my boys, so don't mind paying.

Hi Birdie. Hope baby turns, as I have heard it can be a bit painful when they try and move it - sorry not what you want to hear.

I have dropped food on my bump for the last 2 nights. I can't keep up with the dirty washing I am creating for myself!

Right, waffled enough now. Keep your fingers crossed that we have a dry night tonight in this house!

Sleep well all, and see you lovely lot in the morning.

ROFL at "dry night in this house" SOSPL, no hope of that here

AngeG · 13/03/2007 21:52

Hi SOSPL

I'm off to bed now. DH at the football so a nice quiet night here. Night night xx

AngeG · 13/03/2007 21:54

PMSL at the dry bed tonight comment

Oiyouleavemygirlsalone · 13/03/2007 22:08

you are all so boring, or maybe i just have no life

NotThatBigOnly10lbs · 13/03/2007 22:11

ok, so I just have no life

NotThatBigOnly10lbs · 13/03/2007 22:12

and yes, my MW actually said that

well, nearly, her exact words were, i don't think you need to worry, with your history i'd say it'll be about 9.5lbs, 10 at most, so not too bad

EllieK · 13/03/2007 22:23

i'm bored, can you tell

seriously tho, where are you all?

Pesha · 13/03/2007 22:33

Im here just catching up after an hour and a half on the phone to my mother.

EllieK · 13/03/2007 22:34

about bloody time too, how inconsiderate of you to have family

Pesha · 13/03/2007 22:38

I have to say when i wrote my post on the AIBU thread it was all ok still it just took me so long by the time i actually posted it it had all started to kick off abit and i wasnt in a fighting mood otherwise i would have been much less reasonable.

And was very tempted to say more than just '(And it would mean we could have whatever thread titles we wanted without having to worry about offending anyone )' but didnt quite have the balls to dig it all back up again!!

Pesha · 13/03/2007 22:42

Well I try to pretend I dont most of the time!! Realised half way through talking to her that id not yet told her about dds dad coming back into her life and as she's looking after dd for me on sat while i at course I thought better tell her before dd does. So that turned into huge discussion aswell. By the end my pelvic floor was really struggling, an hour and a half is a long time!!

Pesha · 13/03/2007 22:52

Dp reckons our bubbas gonna be 10lbs or so We put a bet on it ages ago but I cant actually remember what weight i said, bout 9lbs i think so even if i win i lose cos thats still pretty damn big! And dd and ds both had big fat heads, dp has a big fat head and at the 20 wk scan babys head was measuring about 2 weeks bigger than anything else DD was at the scan. 'Mummy' she said thoughtfully, 'when you're baby comes out its gonna really hurt.' Thanks

EllieK · 13/03/2007 22:54

bless her! matthew finally seems to have accepted that it's a boy at least

Pesha · 13/03/2007 22:54

And now ellie it seems you have buggered off pretending you have a life so you leave me sat here, alone, posting to myself looking like the saddo with nothing better to do

Pesha · 13/03/2007 22:55

Oh hello again, you're back

Pesha · 13/03/2007 22:59

Nathan never doubted it would be anything but a little boy baby, same as his daddy! He was muttering something on the way to school this morning about the baby might have skin and he might be scared of it (more scared if it hasnt got skin i would have thought but hey ho!) but we were in a rush and I couldnt really hear. He is a very strange little boy!

EllieK · 13/03/2007 23:01

aren't they all
something about being male perhaps

Pesha · 13/03/2007 23:09

Tis 11 o'clock again which is now officially 1 hour past my bed time so i must go.

God being pg is soo much like being old isnt it, going to bed early, tired all the time, cant sleep, aches all over, stiff, shuffling along, no bladder control, moaning all the time, totally intolerant, hopelessly forgetful and very easily confused!!

Or I am anyway

EllieK · 13/03/2007 23:15

quote of the week last week on MN was something about men couldn't be pg, they'd think they were dying!

EllieK · 13/03/2007 23:22

Fortyplus unwittingly provides the answer to that age-old question, "Why can't men have babies?": "Pregnancy might not be an illness, but if you had half the symptoms and you weren't pregnant you'd think you were dying, wouldn't you?"

EllieK · 13/03/2007 23:23

from the MN newsletter, do any of actually bother to read it? have to admit i didn't til i read a thread about quote of the week being in it

Katy44 · 14/03/2007 07:57

Morning!

muminabigtumi · 14/03/2007 08:45

Morning Katy! waves with a handful of toast and peanut butter and jam

and morning everyone!

Where do people get the time to look at other threads? I can barely keep up on here and judging by what you were talking about last night I'd just get really cross and annoyed anyway so best I just hide away on here oblivious to all the sillyness!

LMAO Pesha about pregnancy being like getting old - every single thing you put I thought....yep...yep....oh god yep! lol

SOSPL - hope your night was dry and my cat is still in the huff with me this morning!

AngeG - totally with you also on the dinner down your cleavage moment...I had got changed yesterday after being weed on and had had a top on for roughly an hour before I then managed to spill my tea all down it.

Well it's a glorious sunny morning..just going to have a lazy morning with James before work this afternoon - it's my Penultimate shift HURRAY!!!
