Hi amazing I had a scan at 5+2 and it just looked like a black blob. They said "sac & yolk detected". My last pregnancy was 12 years ago so I understand the worry.

CantHelpDancingWithTheDevil · 17/04/2017 15:24

Hi 👋🏼

Add me on please - not sure when my actual due date is as I have unreliable periods but I tested on Saturday and CB Digi reckons I'm 1-2 week so really 3-4 weeks 🙈

Early, early days

I already have a DS who will be 3 in September. Husband is Armed Forces and working away constantly. I'm stb 27..

Congratulations everyone 💐

Congratulations and welcome Can'tHelp x

1988becki · 17/04/2017 15:39

Hi :)
Congratulations everyone. I am Becki, 28 and have an edd of 15th December with my first.
My symptoms are body aches at night, abdominal aches throughout the day and the most horrendous exhaustion. I am lucky as I work from home so am able to take it easy :)

runthemileyourein · 17/04/2017 15:40

Hi Amazing I had a scan last Monday at 5+4 and it showed the gestational sac and fetal pole which was measuring at 5+5. As it was too early for a hb I have a follow up scan next week. So for your scan they should be able to confirm the pregnancy is in the right location and hopefully do some measurements

ja73 · 17/04/2017 15:43

Great to find this thread :) I've been feeling somewhat alone as my partner and I don't want to tell anyone yet about the pregnancy. I'm due around the 14th December (ish). No scan yet as it's too early, apparently. Midwife is supposed to call me tomorrow for my first appointment. I'm in my 40s, this is my first pregnancy, and I'm somewhere between paranoid (about every twinge!) and excited. My GP has been reassuring though. However, because of my age, I'm booking a pregnancy viability scan privately. I've stopped looking at Google! It fuels the paranoia!

amazingrobot · 17/04/2017 15:46

My bleeding has turned red with a clot and my cb digi is still saying 2-3 at 5+3 so I'm out. Good luck to everyone else.

CantHelpDancingWithTheDevil · 17/04/2017 15:47

runthemileyourein · 17/04/2017 16:00

Leigh I woke up from my afternoon nap with the worst nausea. I'm totally exhausted and feeling like hell, trying not to vom. No idea how I'm going to cope going to work tomorrow Confused

FeedMyFaceWithBattenberg · 17/04/2017 16:02

Hello everyone.
My pains increased through the night and this morning, got so intense I had to come home from work. I was also throwing up all through the night and the morning but a couple of hours sleep and I don't feel too bad, just an underlying ache.
I have really really bad craving for ice cream... but surely it's too early?! but on the other hand I'm scared to eat anything incase I chuck it all back up!!

MaryShelley1818 · 17/04/2017 16:03

Amazing I am so very sorry xx

Mrsbluebell17 · 17/04/2017 16:03

So sorry amazing. Can you get yourself to an EPU to get checked out? Not sure if they can do that but might be worth finding out. Hopefully everything will be ok for you. Flowers

fishfingerSarnies · 17/04/2017 16:04

So sorry amazing. Be kind to yourself. X

Lixon · 17/04/2017 16:06

Amazing I am really sorry to hear that and am thinking of you, know exactly how it feels and it's really rubbish. Do get yourself checked out at the EPU with a scan though though, clots and cb digi aren't necessarily conclusive xx

leighdinglady · 17/04/2017 16:07

battenburg can you go to EPU? I'm not sure sickness and cramping mean anything more than maybe a stomach bug, but it's worth checking out??

FeedMyFaceWithBattenberg · 17/04/2017 16:09

Whats EPU?!
We have a GP appt tomorrow so I thought I would wait until then and mention it...
no blood or anything else...
just an ache and intense stabbing type pains every so often!

Beardy1 · 17/04/2017 16:10

amazing I'm sorry to hear about that. Is it worth getting your bloods checked to make sure your definetly out? Big hugs your way.

leighdinglady · 17/04/2017 16:11

Early pregnancy unit of your hospital. If you call them directly they can sometimes squeeze you in for a scan
