Badgerbird · 06/01/2017 10:36

Hey savage thanks for carseat explanations, have bookmarked :) yes not really worried about anterior just a shame as I'm desperate to feel her move for my own reassurance. I know, I know, in a few weeks time I'll be eating my words Wink

barnes I'm posting this picture for you, me and all the other mamas out there who have been through The Toiletroll Stage or are currently still in it! Smile

In the last couple of days it seems that baby is much more active when I eat sweet things - which is funny! Lots of kicks last night.

22 weeks today and definite bump. Will see if I can figure out how to add a photo.

MrsJW15 · 06/01/2017 10:38

Here we go - 22 week bump

Lovely bump JW.

My baby enjoyed the pancakes and maple syrup I had for breakfast so obviously has a sweet tooth too!

I love the toilet-roll analogy Badger - that's me at the moment Grin

Teaspoon74 · 06/01/2017 10:48

Badger I love love love Hurrah For Gin. Learned so much!!

Laulou87 · 06/01/2017 11:22

Has anyone bought/previously used the ickle bubba stomp v3 that would be willing to provide an honest review? It's the only pram I've seen that I actually like that comes with an isofix base that doesn't cost the earth!! I'm due no2 on 2nd May so need to get a move on with getting organised!!!

jennymac31 · 06/01/2017 11:26

Barnes79 - I have to use my annual leave before I start mat leave so my last day will be 13th April but I did have the option of carrying 5 days leave over to next year. Would you be able to do this?

Am on my way home as still feeling rough, just hope I can get back into work mode this afternoon.

Sauvignonismysaviour · 06/01/2017 12:48

Thank you so much for the info savagehk, that is so helpful and answers some of the many thousands of questions that are swirling around in my befuddled brain!

Also thank you for doing the spreadsheet raspberry

Is anyone else struggling to sleep? Bump is only little and I'm not uncomfortable ... just have a blocked up nose at night and end up not being able to breathe and all dehydrated and cross. Any tips please ladies? Thanks!

RasperryInAMelon · 06/01/2017 13:07

Ladies - just putting the feelers out there... who fancies a coffee in London somewhere one evening perhaps again soon? Would be nice to see those who couldn't make the last one and good to get something in the diary before people start going on Mat Leave etc!

Streaky17 · 06/01/2017 13:30

Raspberry I changed my due date on the sheet so it is now out of order - can you reorganise please?

Rasp- I'm in, diary allowing Smile

MrsJW15 · 06/01/2017 13:50

Raspberry I'm in too. Great bump Streaky!

Sauvignon my sleep is terrible at the moment. I'm tired during the day but then lie awake for ages when I get into bed. I've got a pillow but I'm still adjusting to it, and although I'm waking up less in the night, I am still waking up. It's so frustrating. Plus last night, I kept waking up lying on my front. That can't be good!

newbieho · 06/01/2017 14:02

I'm in for the coffee Brewdates permitting.

Can anyone recommend baby first aid course that takes place in South/ South East London at the weekends? The ones that I came across either are scheduled during the week or are in the far north part of the city.

Rustler74 · 06/01/2017 14:07

Oh streaky you have a beautiful bump! I think im nearly as big as you but only 1 wriggler!
Yes Raspberry I'm in for a bumpy evening drink! I thought you might have April to March like I do.
Mrs JW the fact you wake up on your bump is a good sign. As the midwives said in pregnancy club, sleep the way you like and if bump isn't happy, it will wake you up. I have the Summer body pillow and I really like it.
Get used to it during daytime naps if you can.

RasperryInAMelon · 06/01/2017 14:10

Shall we try and go for an evening again? How are people fixed for a Tues, Weds or Thurs next week or the week after at say 6ish?

We might be able to squeeze another in early / mid March then!

newbieho · 06/01/2017 14:26

Rasperry Thu next week works for me the best. As for the following week Mon would be great.

RasperryInAMelon · 06/01/2017 14:28

Mondays are fine with me too, just wasn't sure how people felt about first day back at work Smile

RasperryInAMelon · 06/01/2017 14:28

How's everyone else for Mon 23rd?

Adventuregame · 06/01/2017 14:33

I can do the 23rd !

Adventuregame · 06/01/2017 14:33

What about the week before of the 16th ?

OP posts:
MissMooMoo · 06/01/2017 14:59

I don't think I will be able to make any meet ups before I go on mat leave because I work until 6:30 most days but I will def come to one once baby is here! That is if ppl still want to do meet ups then Blush

RasperryInAMelon · 06/01/2017 15:08

My god...why am I trying to organise anything when I can't even read a calendar properly... Mon 16th was what I meant 🙈

newbieho · 06/01/2017 15:11

I can do the 16th. MissMoomoo we can do another meetup during the mat leave, I hope it?won't be the last one Smile
