We're handholding for the newly graduated viroids and handing out hooyahs to badly behaved miroids. Between womble pains and boobs with veins, some of us are still managing to shag! It's JS Grads 47!

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 47th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 46th grads thread is here

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 60th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Pee whilst my sister was in hospital after her stem cell transplant, all her "output" had to be monitored! It was some poor souls job to measure all her wee and poo for a whole month (not allowed to do it in the toilet and flush away)....bleurgh!

yoga thanks....gx that LT is performing well enough to give us a reprieve over the weekend at least!

Catscatsandmorecats · 08/04/2016 10:18

Oh Chat I am not surprised you are terrified, gx gx gx your bean is a stubborn sticky one - it is amazing what they can survive through. Sending you lots of positive thoughts.

YB I love your DS said that! They are funny aren't they! reminds self not to say things I do not want repeated to DS who is adding more words to his vocabulary every day now I hope you are feeling less harassed today.

Had my booking in yesterday - the midwife was sweet but couldn't quite work out the dates right (?) and clearly didn't want to do my bloods. After a very feeble attempt she gave me the forms and I had to go to phlebotomy this morning! They had no issues - I think she was making excuses. She did get me an early scan booked with the EPU though for 8+1 and also said to go to both that AND the private one on Monday and not to feel guilty at all. I could not decide whether she was trying to be nice and empathetic or was genuinely really worried about me, either way her nervousness about it all didn't make me feel very positive! I also have a dermatology appointment next week to look at a mole that has decided to change and start itching in the last week. I am desperate that they do a biopsy straight away so if any hard decisions need to be made, I can make them as early as possible. I know it is an unlikely scenario, but I need to plan to stay sane.

Kwick Did I see you have your scan on Monday too? That is great news, gx for you. And Canters gx for you tomorrow - it is scan central round here.

FuzzyOwl · 08/04/2016 11:46

Oh Chat this must be making such a terrifying time even more difficult. I have everything crossed for your little bean to hang in there and keep going.

Good luck tomorrow Canters and on Monday Cats and Kwick.

Hope everyone else is ok.

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 08/04/2016 12:41

chat I have everything crossed for you and your bean. Sending you a hug and a hand hold.

pee I have chronic rhinitis and I tooK piriton at the advice of my GP for congestion. You can have a look on the NHS site, it does make you sleepy though... talk to your doctor and see what they suggest? I did lots of steaming when it got unbearable.

lil I did 2 packs of the asda thick ones and then swapped to the asda thins with wings both maternity specific. I am nearly 3 weeks PP and I'd say I am on about my 4th pack of slim ones. The bleeding is more like a period now so can come and go a bit unexpectedly.

I miss the sex. Really need to think about birth control again. Boo. So much of it disagrees with me but I really don't fancy having a coil fit atm... My fanjo really doesn't need any further medical tinkering please and thank you.

fruitlovingmonkey · 08/04/2016 13:47

Here for you Chat and sending lots of sticky thoughts your way.
Also thinking of Mermaid today and hoping for good news from LT.

I have bought 3 packs of Boots slim mat pads and they have wings. I think I will be given giant no frills ones at the hospital for the first few days.

Had a strep b swab at my appointment yesterday and it really irritated my fanjo. Had cystitis- like symptoms all afternoon and evening, including a delightful moment when I didn't quite make it on to the toilet before the peeing started Shock. It seems to be better today but still stinging a bit. I'm mostly annoyed because it meant I had to give epi-no practise a miss yesterday and today.

Cats your midwife sounds a bit useless. I don't see how she could have a reason to worry, she was probably trying to reassure you but went too far the other way concerned face emoji.

Good that DH is behaving better Pee. Definitely recommend a pg massage, I had one at 16 weeks and one around 20 and they were lovely.

fruit that sounds gross - I hope it feels better today. I think you have hit the nail on the head with the midwife, I know I have a history of MC but I think she was overdoing it somewhat! Thankfully she is just covering my proper midwife (who seems to be a bit less wet) who is on holiday.

lildottie · 08/04/2016 15:26

Sat being monitored. Pretty sure the machine is mainly registering my HB!

FuzzyOwl · 08/04/2016 17:28

Hopefully the monitoring is over now lil.

I agree with fruit cats and midwives seem to go one way or the other in my admittedly limited experience.

Hope you are all doing ok as well Mermaid.

Canters15 · 08/04/2016 17:57

Hope all are well today. Excited/nervous about scan! Am still super bunged up so have bought laxatives and also treated self to spatone as feeling v tired/bit short of puff.

Am on a mission to organise jewellery and makeup and have bought lots of stuff off the internet. Also bought a really nice dress today so quite chuffed with self.

cats midwife sounds kray-kray, try not to worry. Spose two scans are better then one?!!

lildottie · 08/04/2016 17:59

Finally got out after 2 hours. All fine. I'm shattered and hungry though

FuzzyOwl · 08/04/2016 18:07

Sounds like a nice day Canters. What time is tomorrow's scan?

Hope you get some food and rest soon lil.

Mermaid36 · 08/04/2016 19:13

Spent all day on the delivery suite panicking the medical staff....sent home now with babies still in situ (Woop!)...on a watch and wait management programme....bloody knackered!

FuzzyOwl · 08/04/2016 19:15

What a worrying day. Hope you get some rest Mermaid and those two little babies stay safely put!

lildottie · 08/04/2016 19:21

Eek mer! Puts my shit day into perspective! Hope you are nice and comfy at home now and dh is looking after you so you can rest.

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 08/04/2016 19:26

Holy cow mer! Glad babies stayed put. Hope you are comfy and looked after at home. Sending good vibes to you and your babies 💕

Mermaid36 · 08/04/2016 19:29

Grin I'm fine....just knackered....There are sausages and yorkshire puddings.... I'm probably breaking a rule eating them together

FuzzyOwl · 08/04/2016 19:30

isn't that toad in the hole?

Canters15 · 08/04/2016 19:32

Oh mer ! Glad babies OK where they are for now.

Scan is at 12pm fuzzy . have felt so well today have cooked a Mexican chilli broth for when DH gets in, he will die of shock. Not panicking too much as felt awful yesterday, starting to accept the nausea is just going to fluctuate.

Mermaid36 · 08/04/2016 19:34

fuzzy it's "deconstructed" - ie aunt bessie's yorkshires with microwave mash and grilled sausages....can't even be arsed to make actual toad in the hole!

FuzzyOwl · 08/04/2016 19:38

Canters I still feel well so I am hoping feeling good is a positive sign for both of us. Will be sending lots of positive vibes at midday tomorrow.

I always work on the basis Mermaid that it isn't the presentation on the plate but what you tell yourself something is. Surely it will all have the same taste and hopefully keep your hunger pangs at bay for a while longer.

ChatEnOeuf · 09/04/2016 04:57

Sounds delicious, Mer.

Good luck for the scan tomorrow Canters

Lil was this a routine monitoring appt or was the wee one attention seeking? Glad you're home either way.

I've been awake for an hour. Can't settle back to sleep and can't stop thinking. Resting isn't what I'm used to!

YouBastardSockBalls · 09/04/2016 07:40

Good luck for the scan canters!

Mer glad the little rascals are staying put for now!

I'm knackered this morning due to everyone having repeated bad dreams last night. Can't think why!! But it seems to have tired small child out as she's still in bed, and DS is downstairs watching tv so I've come back to bed.

WhattoExpect app tells me the baby is as big as a banana today. Which sounds odd!

It's so strange being pregnant with a 1 and 3 year old. I'm so busy that half the time I forget I'm pregnant, and hardly ever feel movements until I sit still in the evenings. Plus no bump to speak of yet. It's all a bit surreal that I'm 21 weeks now.

Going to start the search for a mother's help next week, which I'm dreading!

What's everyone doing today? Just realised its the weekend!!

FuzzyOwl · 09/04/2016 08:36

Hope you got some rest in the end Chat and you haven't had anymore bleeding.

Thinking of you today Canters.

Insomnia, worrying and diarrhoea seem to be the almost guaranteed way I will spend my weekend YB! Hope you find a decent mother's help.

Mermaid36 · 09/04/2016 09:36

Happy weekend everyone!

chat no more bleeding hopefully? Make sure you are resting so the bean sticks!
canters gx for a good scan

I'm off to meet my mum later for lunch, then we're off to a multiple birth parenting class....mum hasn't looked after a baby in 33yrs, never mind 2 babies, so I thought I'd update her parenting skills!!

FeatheredTail · 09/04/2016 09:57

Glad to hear the girls haven't made an appearance yet Mer. Enjoy the class!

Chat you were in my dream last night. You were bringing over some really amazing Black Forest cake from Belgium as you'd been back for a visit. Odd.
