We're handholding for the newly graduated viroids and handing out hooyahs to badly behaved miroids. Between womble pains and boobs with veins, some of us are still managing to shag! It's JS Grads 47!

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 47th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 46th grads thread is here

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 60th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Ooh no I couldn't do 10 minutes, that's barbaric! I use the other method mentioned in the instructions: doing it 3 times for 2-3 mins each time. Tbh I'm not sure I even get to 2 mins!
My routine is: 8-10 mins of using it for pelvic floor exercises then 3 short stretches, all whilst breathing and trying to relax. Then a quick massage with almond oil.
Keep at it, you're doing well with that progress Feathered.
Probably best not to ask Black!

Mother did indeed sort him out. She tried to calmly reason with him as I and dh had done and when he threatebed her she told him to leave and he refused! On the basis he was working for me (who he knew he'd upset) not her. She phoned me and I told her to get dh to tell him to leave. Dh did and he eventually threw his stuff in his van shouting ffs! Phoned the Homebase installation manager who's been dealing with all our issues and he is trying to get us another Plasterer!

black we'll tell you when you're past 20wks ;)

Well done though feathered and fruit. Mine has arrived but still 3 weeks until I can start stretching. I think the key has to be dedication and perseverance like any exercise. Hoping it will help and not just scare the crap out of me!

feathered glad you think head down again now. I'm starting to feel some higher up movements and struggling to slouch now so lilbean is clearly starting to run out of room! I'm praying it doesn't flip over given its been head down at every check since 20wk scan!

mer glad the girls are doing well and you're able to stay close by.

Peenut · 22/04/2016 10:35

What total nob Lil! Hope you are feeling OK now. I'm glad your walls won't be plastered by such a horrible man! It always seems to end up being trauma having anything done in your house. We've got new carpets coming next week ... the finer asked if we could move most of the furniture from the rooms. HA HA! Job for DH, he'll be delighted!

Yeah ... you don't want to know Black! But I am totally buying one :)

Just booked on the active birth course at hospital ... the midwife seemed insistent I should go a week before my delivery date! Seems to be cutting it fine? I'm not doing the hospital antenatal class so it was just so I get to see the rooms etc before the day, oh well, if I go into labour while on the course I'll be in the right place!

Glad girls are doing well Mer and that you guys are staying on site. It's a crazy time and things will get easier. Have naps and look after yourself! Chocolate Chocolate

Peenut · 22/04/2016 10:36

PS thought I'd found a stretch mark this morning but it was just where my PJs had been resting on me. #StretchWatch

Canters15 · 22/04/2016 15:29

I sadly think I have guessed exactly what an epi-no is! Can I ask a slightly crude question. I get the principle behind it, but. When repeated forces are applied to a tissue overtime, it tends to lose its, ahem, original shape. I'm thinking those ear tunnel things some people have. Does the tissue being stretched....ummmmmm....go back?

FuzzyOwl · 22/04/2016 15:34

I know exactly what an epi-no is and am determined to make sure that this knowledge is kept to a theory only!

lildottie · 22/04/2016 15:38

Canter's you don't start until 35 weeks, and like not going to the gym for too long, I'm sure it returns to "normal" quite quickly. Personally I'd prefer a bucket fanjo to a torn to pieces one!

My own Plasterer is now doing the work on Monday or Tuesday. Relief!

fruitlovingmonkey · 22/04/2016 15:59

Glad you got it sorted Lil, that other plasterer sounded like such an arse. Who the hell has a go at a pregnant woman in her own house?!
Canters given that I missed one day and it set me back 0.5cms, I think it will return to normal long before I'm ready to have sex again. A tear/ episiotomy on the other hand...

MyBlackCat · 22/04/2016 17:12

They don't teach you this shit in school do they? Maybe the teenage pregnancy rate would be lower if they did Shock

Canters15 · 22/04/2016 17:50

Yes I did wonder if it came down to a choice between bucket fanjo and torn fanjo Grin I will watch with interest, the idea of a tear freaks me out a lot so if you guys don't tear I could probably talk myself into this. Goodness me, the choices we have to make!

black if you like I will ask the stork if he can drop off your baby at the same time as mine? going back into denial

lildottie · 22/04/2016 19:41

indigo swears by the epi-no, I'm sure she owns the company lol. But she did say you have to be dedicated and keep it up to get the full benefit

FeatheredTail · 23/04/2016 09:31

I think it's a given I'll tear a bit, just hope the epi-no helps to reduce the severity!

That said, it feels like the baby has shifted again to transverse. I'm so so uncomfortable and didn't sleep from 4am. Cries

FeatheredTail · 23/04/2016 09:32

....and if transverse is likely to be c-section...

lildottie · 23/04/2016 10:27

feathered try not to stress. Babies can turn even after labour has started. Stress is not going to do you any good. All you can do ATM is the things you've learnt for vest position. If it works great, if not you'll be fine. All that matters is that you and featherfeotus are safe at the end of it.

lildottie · 23/04/2016 10:29

*best position! No idea what vest position is!

MyBlackCat · 23/04/2016 13:21

Please do canters Grin

ZylaB · 23/04/2016 22:23

Hi, can I sneak in please?
I wasn't very good at going on the JS TTC thread but am a JSer from ages ago. One JS DD who is 14months old and just got positives on sticks (but AF not due until wed so I'm fretting!)

FuzzyOwl · 23/04/2016 22:30

Congratulations and welcome Zyla.

Mermaid36 · 23/04/2016 23:03

I should probably be on the JS Mumming Fred, but I feel a bit 'halfway house' at the moment with the girls in hospital. I should still be pregnant, not recovering from a c-section...

lildottie · 24/04/2016 08:30

Yay zyla! Congratulations, good to have you back!

lildottie · 24/04/2016 10:57

Aww merm you stay here as long as you need to, and if you need to keep a toe in each thread that's fine too! Flowers

YogaPants · 24/04/2016 17:52

Welcome zyla. Gx you have a sticky one.

You are welcome Mer to stick around or stay lurking on this board if you want to. I miss hearing updates from the grad-grads. It's great that your girls are stable and your expressing is going well. It must feel strange, however, having very different concerns than us preggos or the other grad-grads at the moment.

Feathered try not to worry too much about position now especially as your little one seems to be moving about daily. Nothing wrong with a c-section either, should your baby need one to be delivered safely!

Lil how did your nct class go?

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 24/04/2016 20:53

mer I'm with you on the hanging round. I like it here too! Glad you're discharged and you can focus on the girls. Hope you and DP are looking after yourselves CakeFlowersBrew

feathered hope your cheeky baby gets head down soon and you can relax.

cats no advice, just Flowers and a big unmumsnetty hug.

Still hanging in over here. Had first round of private allergy testing last week. Having terrible nightmares since the hospital. Gave myself a good scare I think... Mini 5 weeks today and doing great.

KateBeckett · 25/04/2016 08:54

mer definitely hang around! Hope the girls are doing well today- will they be on bm soon?

Today I have 10 weeks left until due date Shock scary!!

Mermaid36 · 25/04/2016 09:10

Morning! They are ok - we had a few minor setbacks yesterday, but nothing too unexpected...

They have to be off all the BP medication before they can start tube feeding BM. Both of them are just on one type now, but are being a bit resistant to weaning off it, so it's going a bit slower than we would like
