Anyone else with a super faint BFP showing a due date for June 2016?

Got a barely there, second line on Sunday but has taken me this long (and 6 more tests Blush ) to accept that I am finally pregnant again after my mmc in April. Sooooooo excited. Anyone else on the preggers boat with me? :)

Madrigal, it must be so frustrating to have to wait to tell him! I told DH on the day I found out (Friday). I texted him at work and said we were going out for dinner when he got home. He began to suspect it might be because I was pregnant because he said I was acting weird when he got home

tigress23 · 28/09/2015 12:09

AmISeeingRight I know it's strange, but I'm kind of looking forward to morning sickness because I feel like it's a good sign that things are progressing well...

cheshirem2b · 28/09/2015 12:24

Hi ladies... can I jump on the bus please?! A bit of shock here this morning when I got a faint line on my test and going to get some better ones on my lunch break! Bit of a shock as I have 9 month old DD1 at the moment - me and DH wanted a close age gap so weren't "trying to conceive" but have managed to do it! Argh! Shock, happy!

tigress23 · 28/09/2015 12:48

Welcome, Cheshire, and congrats!

nehagarg · 28/09/2015 13:27

Congrats cheshire Smile

AmIseeingRight ... Glad I am not the only one. My boobs/nipples only hurt when I feel cold. Didn't have morning sickness last time. But I heard the same that it will kick in around week 6.

Congratulations Cheshire!

lepudding · 28/09/2015 13:50

Can I please join? I got the first BFP last Thursday, hiding in the loos before a conference full of suits. Spent the weekend in denial but retested this morning and it seems fairly clear...

The Clearblue was the first test last week, the two cheapo ones are from today.

Because I'm terrible at writing things down, I think due date is 1 June 2016. I'm on the Pill so this is all a bit surprising but somehow I just knew, hence testing in the first place. Have had very mild crampiness for about a week, started with a really violent stabbing pain (halfway up a rather winding mountain road) last Friday. No other symptoms yet so am still very nervous.

Confused

jbiscuits · 28/09/2015 14:05

Congratulations lepudding, madrigal and Cheshire!

I am completely exhausted today. Currently desperately trying to summon up some energy before a friend drops her kids round for an hour or two to look after. DH is also working late tonight so it's going to be a long afternoon!

Those of you visiting the gp, unless it's for a specific reason/worry, don't be disappointed if all they say is take folic acid and book in with the midwife. They won't even do a test, just take your word for it. It can be a bit anticlimaxic (sp?).

MadrigalElectromotive · 28/09/2015 15:20

Thanks jbiscuits.

Sorry to hear you are feeling so exhausted - it sounds miserable. Hope the children behave themselves and then you can put your feet up!

nehagarg · 28/09/2015 17:30

Exhaustion hasnt kicked in for me yet. Really hope you get some down time jbiscuits and tigress ...

Thanks, Nehagarg,

I've been exhausted since the beginning of last week... I really hope the first trimester isn't all like this or I'll get nothing done!

MadrigalElectromotive · 28/09/2015 18:48

Urgh, well I have had what I think is my first pregnancy symptom this afternoon - horrible diarrhoea. Yuck.

Hope I don't accidentally dislodge the pregnancy. Blush

cheshirem2b · 28/09/2015 19:13

No denying this test! Fun times ahead! And a pic of DD1!

cheshirem2b DD1 is so cute.

Potkettleblack2 · 28/09/2015 19:49

Can I join the club?!
Like everyone, I'm cautious-but v happy! I think I'm due around the 5th and I've had two days of feint-ish BFPs. I'm tired in the evening and my boobs are sore, and I'm v hungry! But other than that I feel fine! With DC1 I looked so bloated and my rings wouldn't even go on my fingers before I got my BFP and I don't have that at all this time-so I guess everyone, and every pregnancy is different!

jbiscuits · 29/09/2015 07:18

So glad I'm not the only one who went to bed at 8:30 last night! Same tonight I think Grin

Congratulations potkettle !

Hope you're feeling better this morning madrigal .

cheshirem2b · 29/09/2015 09:21

I am hoping that I get an easy ride with pg again this time since I have a 9 month old as well!

Last time (sorry - not my fault) I had 2 days of random sickness but did feel sicky every morning until about 20 weeks. I was tired but that was the only symptoms I had... I am always tired now due to DD1 and being back in work so a bit extra tired won't hurt! haha!
Hope you are all feeling ok so far and not too tired/sick etc
I was on a group like this for DD1 and it has been invaluable source of support throughout pg and after - we have our own fb group too - really hoping we have a similar group to start here!

tigress23 · 29/09/2015 09:37

I wanted to go to bed at half 8, nehagarg and jbiscuits, but DH wanted to watch a film and I managed to stay awake through it. I'm making the case for an early bedtime tonight, though. All I want to do is sleep...

Also feeling a bit nauseated. Morning sickness or is is due to my cold?

nehagarg · 29/09/2015 10:19

I read that the tiredness gets better in the second trimester tigress and jbiscuits. I hope so! Cant live on takeaway for 3 weeks.

For sure cheshire .. I am not on facebook but this thread has already become an enormous source of support for me. Its so good to have people going through exactly same things you are. Helps with a lot of the anxiety. Smile ... Here is hoping you avoid the morning sickness this time around!

OP posts:
MadrigalElectromotive · 29/09/2015 10:26

Thanks nehagarg and jbiscuits I do feel a bit better this morning so perhaps it wasn't pregnancy related - perhaps it was food poisoning or something. Confused

I am going to pop to the shops later - I think I am going to buy a little hat or something to give DH when he gets home tomorrow evening. I know some people don't like to buy things for the baby before they know that all is well, but when I had my mc, I wished I had something which I had bought for that baby, iyswim? So I'm going to go ahead and get something small. Smile

Hoping for another smooth pg for you cheshire and that you aren't feeling too sick tigress.

tigress23 · 29/09/2015 10:37

Thanks Madrigal, and I'm glad you're feeling better!

I think a little hat or something is a nice way to tell him. I wish I'd done that!
