Anyone else with a super faint BFP showing a due date for June 2016?

Got a barely there, second line on Sunday but has taken me this long (and 6 more tests Blush ) to accept that I am finally pregnant again after my mmc in April. Sooooooo excited. Anyone else on the preggers boat with me? :)

Oh dear now I hear crying....I suspect it is that Ds (2) has not learnt to share very well yet.

AmIseeingRight · 03/10/2015 09:02

hey belkins have you tried the EPAU? My local EPAU said you just have to turn up and they will see you. I just googled EPAU and my hospital name and a number came up and when I phoned they said I can just go anytime, luckily I felt fine (just paranoid) and so did not go in the end, but it put my mind at ease knowing i can just turn up should I feel unwell.

If thats not an option just go to A&E to see a doctor hopefully they can schedule you in. it would put your mind at ease once you saw /spoke to someone.

JellyBaby26 · 03/10/2015 09:20

POAS is so addictive. As I have so many IC I keep doing it just to see the line get darker! Very sad indeed!

How is everyone this morning?

Also interested to know who will be finding out what team they are on and who will be keeping it a surprise?

mrsmugoo · 03/10/2015 09:29

Morning all. I actually slept really well last night and feel like a new woman now! Snuggled up on the sofa with DS now watching CBeebies, trying to persuade DH to take him to the park so I can have a bath in peace!

Getting clean wipes now so hopefully that's the last of the spotting but feel like I'll be on permanent knicker watch for the next 2 months!

I will self refer to the midwives in a couple of weeks. Last time I told my GP I was pregnant and they were like "well what do you want us to do about it" so I'll be bypassing them altogether this time. I absolutely LOVED going to the community midwives it was all so exciting and they were so lovely - I took them flowers and chocolates when I was discharged. Shame the HVs were such battleaxes.

JellyBaby26 · 03/10/2015 09:35

Also how did you tell your dp/dh?

I said " darling can you stick the kettle on" to which he replied "yeah what do you want?" And I said "decaf tea please"

He knew immediately Grin

mrsmugoo · 03/10/2015 09:37

Oh and yes we will be finding out the sex this time. Last time we stayed team yellow and I loved the surprise because it was my first but this time I think I would like to know in advance. I have no real preference - obviously I would love a girl but I would also absolutely love another boy.

mrsmugoo · 03/10/2015 09:40

Mine was working away overnight and I texted him pretty early in the morning saying "are you awake" and he called me straight back. I just said I had something to tell him. I'd done a pregnancy test and it was positive. I think he may have welled up - there was a bit of an emotional pause and then a big WOW! We weren't really it expecting it this month, we hadn't DTD that much and it was my first month on progesterone.

AmIseeingRight · 03/10/2015 09:40

I'm definitely finding out, (I haven't even asked OH but I want to know lol) will be nice to know so I can shop for a boy or girl Smile

JellyBaby26 · 03/10/2015 09:43

I'm the same as you mrsmugoo. Stayed yellow last time but definitely going to find out this time.

I think we would love another girl but tbh as long as they don't have what their sister has and are healthy that is all that matters!

nehagarg · 03/10/2015 09:51

Definitely finding out. Though dreamt last night that I had already had the baby and that it was a boy. Lol.

Anyone else with no nausea? Didnt have it last time and dont have it so far this time. Makes me nervous when I see everyone else has it.

I too was in the yellow camp for my previous 2pg. Practically this time it makes much more sense to find out, but I really love going through labour to get the big surprise at the end. But I guess it's really still wonderful getting to meet the baby, and it probably wasn't much down to not knowing.

bikingintherain · 03/10/2015 09:55

Enjoy it nehagarg I read somewhere that 25% of women don't get it so it's not like your alone.

tigress23 · 03/10/2015 10:36

Nehagarg, I haven't been nauseated yet. I think maybe it's too early? I'm 5 weeks and 1 day. Perhaps it will start later this week.

We're definitely finding out... I don't think either of us could wait to see. DH wants a girl Smile

nehagarg · 03/10/2015 10:44

Good stuff. Not wishing for morning sickness, thats for sure. Definite lack of symptoms my end except the frequent peeing and dreams. Also, I seem to be losing weight instead of gaining. Which is insane since I am eating 5 times a day! Shock

I am feeling so anxious! I miscarried two months ago and don't know how I'm going to get through the next two months until i feel safe. I've taken about eight tests, two digital ones have been positive but today when my period should be due I'm only just getting a super super faint line (which I actually have to adjust the colour on to see properly, like a total nutcase). argggghhhhh wish time could speed up! The first trimester is rubbish!

nehagarg · 03/10/2015 11:10

Same here Fiddledeedee ... I had a miscarriage in may and am constantly knicker checking this time and questioning every twinge or lack thereof. The only way I will be reassured is when baby starts kicking and I can actually feel it. Oh my God! I am going to be one of those hyper-involved, nosy mums!! Blush Grin

I didn't really have sickness last time - because I didn't even know I was pregnant it was only afterwards that I could attribute a couple of weeks of not really fancying breakfast and going off salad, but that was it. It would probably have been around 8/9 weeks.

I really hope I escape it again this time! If I don't then I'll strongly suspect I'm having a girl.

I may be imagining it but today I could swear I've got the metallic taste in my mouth.

Potkettleblack2 · 03/10/2015 13:08

Madrigal-we're talking about a new bathroom too. I think we must be nesting! Is anyone else planning decorating since getting their BPFs?

We were team yellow the last time, and will be the same this time. Last time I wasn't sure if I wanted to know but DH definitely didn't. But I loved having it as a surprise after labour more than I thought I would (even though I didn't mind either way) so this time I definitely don't want to know! Even though I know logistically it would be easier!

LittleTink76 · 03/10/2015 14:04

I had terrible nausea with my DD which started at about 6 weeks. I couldn't actually be sick but I felt it more or less all day every day until I gave birth. I also had terrible issues with food. I couldn't eat anything that had been in the freezer, and also if I didn't like something I couldn't stand to see it anywere like I went off salt and vinegar crisps and I had to have them moved out of sight as seeing them made me feel worse!

I was tempted to find out what we were having last time but OH didn't want and I'm glad in the end because it was a nice surprise when I gave birth. This time I'm tempted to find out, but then I don't want to regret it when I do give birth, but then it would be easier to know plus we had the nice surprise last time. Hmm something to think about nearer the time.

SharkBastard · 03/10/2015 16:08

Hello!

May I join here? My LMP dates me as 25/05/2016, however, I ovulated late, had an early scan this morning, and I'm 4 weeks, so will be due late May/early June...if it sticks! Scan showed a sac, she couldn't tell me much more so I'll wait till my 12 week scan before getting fully on board.

I have a 7 year old daughter, fell pregnant last year but miscarried at 6 weeks, weirdly, I fell pregnant one year one day after last years failed pregnancy, so roughly the same due date as my last pregnancy. This is my husbands first child, but we aren't too excited yet due to last years disappointment :( hope you're all well. The only symptom I have is slight ligament pains and sore boobs! No sickness yet

MadrigalElectromotive · 03/10/2015 16:28

Hey shark congratulations and welcome!

Hope you have a very sticky one on board this time.

MadrigalElectromotive · 03/10/2015 16:36

I am not nauseous today which is the first time in a few days. Hope it doesn't mean anything bad. Confused

I am very tired though - had a 2 hour nap when we got back from shopping! Most unlike me.

Potkettle when we were in Bathstore I saw 2 pregnant women so it clearly isn't just us! Grin

nehagarg · 03/10/2015 16:47

Potkettle Madrigal ... Definitely nesting! I have suddenly started noticing all the tiny corners that need cleaning in my house. Grin

Welcome Shark ... Pregnancy after a miscarriage can be a very uncertain and rubbishy time. Fingers crossed for a super sticky one. Congratulations. Flowers

Hello, can I join? I've only really started reading mums net recently. I have three kids already and am due June 7th. I am really nervous as two months this year I got a positive test but then period arrived around due date. I've passed that deadline and have good strong line, unlike those two times. I also had a m/c at 5 weeks and 5 days in May... so all in, I'm nervous and six weeks is a big milestone for me.

I am having crazy dreams, had a nap yesterday and already unbuttoning my jeans which is weird as I normally have a flat enough stomach, any weight goes to my backside! I guess with number 4, the body just knows what is it setting up for a little too soon

Anyway, good luck to all of you.

mrsmugoo · 03/10/2015 19:13

Sooooo exhausted today but I don't know if it's pregnancy related or my DS just gives me the run around?!
