crumbelina - that's apparently totally true! Also found this: www.fitpregnancy.com/pregnancy/pregnancy-health/big-belly-big-baby - cycles so irregular and mad no idea when ovulated but gives 3 weeks grace after ovulation so feeling much calmer! definitely up for the old maternity jeans...might pop down to topshop after work now!!!

ash - really hope you're feeling better, easiest thing to do might be just to ring nhs direct for peace of mind - found them very helpful in the past?

Been travelling for work the last couple of days and just settling into my 3 hr train journey home, seem to have nausea that gets worse throughout the day so I'm hoping it won't be too bad....

Have got next week off work (booked before we knew) and feels like great tiking, think I might just sleep for the week!

Private scan tomorrow. Can't decide if I'm nervous or excited!

Trying to keep up - was definitely easier when on antenatal thread with baby#1. Also scrolling down the page makes me feel so sick!

I have a private scan tomorrow too Think I'll be 7+2 but may show earlier as my cycles vary.

Gutted to have missed the tache talk! Keep going to bed early to avoid my sickest time and hoping that I can maintain some sort of chirpiness for DS in the morning. Did anyone else feel a bit guilty when they conceived baby#2? I can't shift that feeling.

Those having private scans tomorrow! How exciting! Please let me know how it goes, I'm considering one at 8 wks as 12 wks is just too long!!!!

I'm thinking about a private scan too. Just want reassurance that there is actually something there! Not had any sickness yet, can't decide if I'm happy or worried about this or not! Roll on 12 weeks I say.

Ninja I feel the same, I'm glad I'm not being sick but then I want to feel sick so I have that pregnancy symptom....crazy!!!! it's so early for me, I'm having a lot of food aversions but no sickness yet, certain it will hit next week though once I hit 6 wks!!!

Ninja and mamama feel free to take my sickness and nausea away!!! I'm fed up of it now!!

Crying awh poor you! When did yours start?? All I have is very annoying insomnia, food aversions, tired in the evenings and quite sore boobs.

My nausea has reached new heights tonight. Lasagne usually one on my favourites, managed about 2 mouthfuls... toast for tea for me then. Ninja and mama by all means have some of my nausea I don't mind :)

Good luck with the scans ladies! We're off to view a house tomorrow, I'm excited to live a bit closer to a city (and a hospital... First labour was 8 hours start to finish, hospital was almost an hour away and they say the second labour goes faster...) But the thought of moving while pg and with a little one already isn't very appealing.

Stace, that's a shame about the lasagne, I had that for lunch today and managed it fine. I did feel more than full afterwards though and just had toast for dinner as no hunger at all tonight. Don't get me wrong I dread the MS, had it so so bad before but I guess I just worry that I don't feel sick as such. It is def looming though as the thought of certain foods really makes me grimace!

Mama I wouldn't wish this on anyone so I hope you don't end up suffering, I totallyl get it though about the worry. I had a bleed tuesday and then didn't feel sick much yesterday and that made me worry a lot. Seriously back today though! Double edged sword! My first pg so nothing to compare it to

Mamama it started at 5+6! Up until then I was exhausted and had really sore boobs! Still exhausted and my boobs are in agony but I've nausea on top of it! lol

Sorry you're suffering ladies. I have no symptoms whatsoever (didn't last time either) it's hard to believe I'm even pregnant. I wish my first labour was 8 hours, mine was 61

Stace so glad your bleeding stopped, I got myself in an anxious state today over the smallest bit of beige discharge....i need to chill out really!!! your right it's a double edged sword...we want to feel pregnant but unfortunately feeling pregnant = feeling grim in so many ways lol gluttons for punishment we are!

Evening ladies I felt better earlier pain subsided but it's bit worse again now like heavy period pain but bearable, only blood when wiping no worse....assuming I'd know if it was worse case scenario? Have day off tomo thankfully.

Good luck with scan ladies, hope MS sufferers manage some tea. I had been feeling awesome Tuesday and wed only other symptom was peeing loads sore boobs had gone. All so new and scary had first tears today too ...good grief overwhelming all this ...DH bought me fish and chips he feels a bit useless but he's so not love him

Mama I know I go from feeling terrible due to nausea to feeling terrible due to lack of nausea! Got my scan tomorrow after my bleed so hoping all will be well, especially with all this nausea... funnily enough I can still manage chocolate! :)

ash - glad things seem better. Just to set your mind at rest, I would probably pop up to the EPU tomorrow. I think the advice is that any reed bleeding should be investigated. It could be hard to be seen over the weekend so might be best to go tomorrow.

I'm feeling less sick today which is a bit worrying. Still knackered though

Ash I hope the bleeding eases off very scary for you, hope you get some reassurance at epu soon. Glad your DH is so supportive for you.
